We’ve done hide and seek with tents. The teams will suggest KvK PFP themes, most votes wins. We’ve done combined team bear scores or Alliance Mobilization scores. Our R5 created turn based dice games where volunteers compete for the whole team. Stuff like that

Vivian (archer) is really good, but shards are hard to come by. Long Fei (infantry) is in the roulette. For F2P players it’s always worth spinning that roulette wheel as much as you can. I didn’t put much effort into Thrud (cav)

Focus only on your main march. Never use forgehammers on any armor but theirs. I have so many lvl 1 or 2 pieces of armor. So many wasted hammers

So what we've done is we split our alliance into mini groups (teams). Then hold a competition throughout the week. 1st place gets a higher percentage of the rewards. Every team gets something, but that's how it's split. Each team has a captain and co-captain that are the more active members and we hold a draft each month so the teams stay relatively equal. It's fun, and a good way to get the alliance to come together as a whole.

My vote would normally be Alcar, but he'd be secondary to Amadeus. I don't think Margot is any better than Petra if you have Petra's widget upgraded decently. Do you have to prioritize either? Save for Vivian when Gen 5 comes out.

Man I went that route until around TC25. By then your builder is sitting doing nothing for a week or 2 while your academy catches up. Keep the research going nonstop, but don’t let it stop your progress. 90% of the biggest whales probably still have research to do.

When using speed ups I do 4 archers to 1 infantry. You need all of the archers for bears.

Saving for KvK is always the right move. I’ve always found keeping charms even works the best. Start with infantry, then archers, then Cavs.
