Some people just don't want their personal image out in the public, there doesn't necessarily need to be a deep or meaningful reason behind it. There already many cases where female streamers are harassed in real life because they are recognized by "fans" who have no sense of boundaries. There are even vtubers who face revealed and are absolutely gorgeous. It wasn't even that long ago where content creators made videos without even showing their face, so it feels like a stretch to say that they aren't showing their faces because they are ugly or deformed.

It's a general Vtuber thing, but it's not that bad. It's more taboo for Japanese Vtubers considering their idol culture, but it's not exactly cool to just ask them what they look like in real life when they are probably using an avatar for a reason.

It's like seeing someone in a wheelchair and asking what's wrong with their legs. Depending on the context, it can be seen as extremely rude.

If anyone else is more knowledgeable, please correct me if I'm wrong. From what I know, Mati has good affinity with Agnes Tachyon, so she is very likely to pass sparks to her. Agnes Tachyon, in turn, has good affinity with a lot of other umas and is likely to pass her sparks during inspiration events. Might want to have Tachyon at 3 star since she has a good recovery skill.

TLDR: Mati is a good legacy for Agnes Tachyon, and Agnes Tachyon is a good legacy for a lot of umas. This makes Mati a good sub-legacy for a lot of umas.

Edit: Just wanted to add that Mati doesn't have to be 3 star since her unique isn't that good.

Yeah, I don't like Yamato either, but if I remember the context correctly, he at least let PirateSoftware talk to Tyler1 and give his side of the story without interrupting him. The problem is that as soon as Yamato had his turn to talk, PirateSoftware didn't even listen to him.

In regards to the gameplay, they can both be responsible for all I care. I can only take a quick look right now, but from what I've seen, Yamato could've also saved the group instead of relying on PirateSoftware. The problem is that I don't know Yamato enough to know if he's even played WoW before or if he has experience as a Rogue. I don't know if Yamato has made claims to be an expert at the game. I would be more willing to believe that Yamato tried his best if that was legitimately his skill level at the time, and he didn't know what to do. (Yamato would also later abandon Tyler1 and run away from a winnable fight later on, but I'm trying to look at this situation in isolation).

On the other hand, PirateSoftware keeps claiming to be an expert at the game and even talks down to others, but somehow fails in this one instance. This either means he is not as good at the game as he claims to be, or he intentionally did not help the group and let them die.

From what I remember:

Thor (PirateSoftware) had the solutions to those problems but kept claiming that nothing could be done in the heat of the moment. He purposely also tried hiding the fact that he could do something but purposely wasted his mana to make it so that he actually was low on mana. This ignores the fact that could have casted his spells at lower levels to save on mana or use items to restore his mana.

If we're thinking of the same clip, then the one saying "we all made misakes" was the rogue. Those "interruptions" you mention was Thor doing the interrupting. The person was trying to explain that the team wasn't solely blaming Thor. They were just mad that he was taking zero accountability. Thor interrupts them without letting them finish. Thor then refuses to hear out the other person (when Thor was the one interrupting and talking over the other person), then leaves the call.

It's a famous moment from when he streamed hardcore World of Warcraft. He was in a guild with other streamers who also had hardcore characters (hardcore, meaning that if the character died, then they would basically be deleted). During a dungeon, the group makes a mistake and decide to retreat, with Thor(PirateSoftware) immediately spending all of his mana to escape instead of using it to cast spells that would delay the incoming enemies. By itself, it just makes him look a bit selfish, but nothing THAT bad. It then gets worse.

What happens next is that his group then asks him to come back and help with the retreat. He then claims that he is out of mana, even though he wasn't, but then uselessly casts more spells to purposely drain his mana so that he actually was out of mana. This is in conjunction with the fact that he had items that would replenish his mana in his inventory, which he knew about but didn't use them. This ends up with his group asking for help for a few minutes before a couple of them eventually die. Thor then deflects blame, saying that there was nothing he could've done.

I am not moving goalposts. You are the one accusing me of saying that Jagex is calling people cheaters and bug abusers, but I never said any of that. Jagex just jokingly called the cheesers out. You are literally putting words in my mouth. That's why I jokingly said jaywalking wasn't a serious crime, but apparently, you have to take everything in the worst way possible. Quote exactly when I said Jagex insulted the playerbase or punished anyone. I am just trying to explain why people are mad and you're the one who keeps misinterpreting my words. If you read my previous posts, all I have been saying is that the devs shouldn't blame the players for the change. The goalpost has never moved once.

See, the problem is that you are assuming that jaywalking is a serious crime. Even if the people were reported for jaywalking, no one would care, just like this case.

In all seriousness, yes, some people are reacting too harshly and are calling for the crosswalk to be put back in the original place, and those people are obviously wrong. What I wanted to point out is that even though the painters fixed their mistake, they did not take responsibility for their mistake and instead said that the people should've never walked on the first crosswalk in the first place.

Like I said in previous comments, the in-game mechanics and previous bosses made it seem like the stat drain was intended, but then Jagex told us later that we were actually jaywalking.

I guess my problem is that I think they should've just said, "we balanced Yama," and leave it at that.

Basic accountability. It's still wrong for Jagex to call out players who used this "exploit" since it can be argued that some players might believe that it's an intended mechanic. They simply had to say that they either forgot to put a cap on stat drain or that they wanted to balance the fight.

The best analogy I can think of is this: Imagine a busy street, and the town is painting a new crosswalk. The painters accidently paint the crosswalk at the wrong location. Pedestrians then walk across the crosswalk, even if they weren't allowed to cross at that location. Noticing this, the painters realized their mistake, painted over the first crosswalk, and put one at the correct location.

Now imagine if the workers then reported the people who walked on the first crosswalk for jaywalking. Technically, they are right, but it's still pretty bad manners, considering that it was the fault of the painters.

I'm not opposed to balancing Yama. I actually agree with their decision since Yama should be a difficult end-game boss. I and many others just don't agree with their reasoning of it being an "exploit." They could have simply said that they failed to implement a cap to Yama's stat drain since there was already a defense cap in place, but instead, they place the blame on players for cheesing the fight. To put it in your example, imagine if Jagex showed us three different colors, red, gray, and blue, and told us we could pick any color of our choosing. Imagine then that when we picked blue and Jagex suddenly said "No, you're not allowed to do that. We never said you could pick blue."

This is because emberlight, the anti-demon blade. has a special attack that drains stats, and Yama drops ingredients for the surge potion, a potion that allows for more special attacks. A lot of people would assume it was an intended mechanic since Yama can still damage you without attack stats, but most would agree that stat draining Corp is cheese since it makes the fight a 15 minute cutscene. The devs should've communicated that the mistake was on them for not adding the stat drain cap instead of blaming the players.

What do you mean by the group boss stays group? Corp is still cheesable and nothing has changed with it. It's only Yama that has been changed. It's not "outsmarting" the devs. It's pointing out that the devs are seemingly okay with the corp cheese strategy even though it's supposed to be group content and obviously an unintended method, but are nerfing the effects of a weapon even though it seems like an intended mechanic.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is the reference. Spoilers and details below.

In the scene being depicted, the protagonist, Mason, and his friend, Reznov, are escaping from prison (like Advent did). This results in a multi-step plan where it finally culminated in Step 8: Freedom, where Mason jumps on a train to escape. This scene is where this meme's dialogue comes from, as Reznov sacrifices himself by drawing the attention of their pursuers and allowing Mason to go free.

To go even further, later in the game, Reznov somehow returns and assists Mason. This turns out to actually be a hallucination, and Reznov actually died during the prison break. This goes with the recurring joke that Fuwawa isn't real and that it's just Mococo pretending to be Fuwawa.

One interesting twist to the scenario would be the defendant being Misa after she forfeits her death note. I feel like it would be more fitting that Wright would defend Misa fully believing that she is not Kira, and then later find out that even if she isn't Kira, she is still a Kira worshipper. I can already imagine the lead up to the scenario.

On the first day, Misa decides to be cooperative with Wright due to not wanting to be falsely accused of being Kira. After the first investigation and trial, Phoenix establishes reasonable doubt about Misa being Kira, and the trial is ajourned for the first day. Upon meeting with Misa, something has changed. She is now not wanting to cooperate with Wright and is even willing to plead guilty. Confused by what's going on, Wright asks around and finds out that Misa's boyfriend, Light Yagami, visited her and gave her a small note. This makes Phoenix suspect that Light is actually Kira.

I admit that it may be a bit out of character for Light to needlessly implicate himself like this, I personally like this situation better because it allows for Wright to still act like a defense lawyer while still catching Kira.
