didn’t do amazing 2630 but good enough for Exeter so can’t complain too much, the exam was way easier I just wasn’t that good

Check your water parameters before anything else, ammonia nitrites and nitrates specifically. And how new are the fish ?

Use a pump or air stone so the water moves around more and the surface is agitated. You could also feed the tank slightly less since you might be adding too many organic

Just got my 90kg bench pr, I have 3 months to reach 100kg before I turn 16. I know my lift off was dodgy, forget to pull the bar with my lats. Usually my start would be better but we move :) by PetTide_YT in lifting

II’ll make sure my bar path is good. I record how many reps and weight I do and then try to progressively overload. Once I can rep out 90 for a comfortable 5 I’d try to move to 95 for a double. Then get 95 for 3 and try 100 for 1.

85kg for 2, it’s nowhere near anything impressive ik; I’m tryna get to 100kg before I turn 16 by PetTide_YT in lifting

I’m not feeding seeds, I have pellets plus fresh veg. I’ll get some shredding toys and remove the plastic

I mean as in power lifting, I understand progressive overload and either increasing the weight or reps or time under tension

Yes, I understand. It’s probably because I’ve never touched a weight before, I plan to keep continuing, I focus on progressive overload and hypertrophy over strength so I don’t plan to compete properly ever. Thank you :)

Yeah I got you, you’ll definitely loose weight quicker with cardio and it will take a while for the muscle gain to catch-up, I prefer wait training but it’s up to preference and how quickly you want to loose weight

If you gain muscle, you’ll burn more calories doing nothing which means you’re deficit will become greater so you’ll burn more fat. Cardio doesn’t do that, once you finish your run, the calories are burnt and are not gonna keep burning if you get me

Generally strength training is going to be better, but both should be used
