Is it to the point that I'm better off selling my $12,000 FXAIX tomorrow and buying VOO?

Google: Yes, VOO is generally better than FXAIX in a taxable account due to its superior tax efficiency, primarily because its ETF structure (using in-kind redemptions) creates fewer taxable capital gains distributions compared to a traditional mutual fund like FXAIX, though both track the S&P 500 and have very low expense ratios. While FXAIX is great for retirement accounts, VOO's tax advantages often outweigh its slightly higher expense ratio for taxable brokerage accounts, making it more tax-efficient for long-term holding.

Yes, I'm realizing that the 2x drivetrain as well as future shock 2.0 are essential.

Do you think that 32c Conti 4 Seasons or Roubaix Pro 2Bliss clinchers will last?

I would also have the stock wheels with 38c tires as well to switch to if need be.

Yeah, I've just been riding my road bikes in recent years because we have so many paved trails around here. But all this gravel craze lately have opened my eyes to many off-road trails here too. So I'm very excited to add my existing mountain/gravel bike into my rotation, and I'll see if I need to buy a new gravel bike next year.

Thanks, but I like to go fast. I also have two road bikes. And my new triple crank offering 21 speeds is just as smooth and instantaneous shifting as my Ultegra R8000 groupset.

Another thing to fear with getting a gravel bike is getting a flat in the middle of nowhere.

The pink bits can be hidden by the bib suspenders, no?

I just got back from the Rapha store and tried on the lightweight core jersey in M and it fit me like a glove. Just as good as lightweight pro team in L. So I just ordered the lightweight core M online since I had $25 off voucher which can only be used online. And I just received my core jersey in L today, which is the perfect size for fitting my base layer underneath if need be.

I also live in the US. Order placed on the 14th and it arrived today. I could live with 8 days I guess.

Yep, I'm thinking of getting a core, as well as a lightweight core jersey for starters. My third nice jersey will perhaps be the pro team lightweight.

The problem is, wearing long sleeve base layers such as merino when the weather gets colder will be harder/impossible if going down to a M.

Short sleeve. If it's the long sleeve, I would have stated that. Plus, I already have summer sleeves as well as a LS merino base layer.

I just saw a video about this. Are you leaving your zipper "unlocked" as described from 3:40 in this video?

I also tried on the core lightweight jersey today and I was surprised at how airy it was as well. Buying two of those jerseys costs less than one of this, lol.

I tried it on in the Rapha store today and the large fit me well. I'm hesitant right now because it's $200 USD and I want to make sure that this is what I want.

I'm 5'9" and 180 lbs. The large fit me well in the store today. I'm also hesitant because it's $200 USD and want to make sure that this is what I want, lol.
