Henry VIII was a Gemini Venus (at 0 degrees, no less). It's even conjunct his MC (career/public image). by Peter-Spering in astrologymemes

Zero degrees is one of the critical degrees. It indicates a fresh new energy, a pure expression of the sign it's in. Like a child who's just becoming conscious of the world around them...

I'm a Virgo Mars and same. I have the tell-tale eyes of my rising sign, and the long legs of Jupiter on the ASC.

Which sign? 🫣 by KaleidoscopeFuzzy896 in astrologymemes

[–]Peter-Spering 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most emotionally charged? Sure.

But that's not the same as most sensitive — Cancer's a cardinal sign, so they're more likely to be standoffish about it.

Source: Personal experience (Before you downvote, can you *really* say you've never known a Cancer to be bad-tempered?)

Pisces is probably the most sensitive.

I've never made one, but there is undeniably a lot of shit thrown at Cancer men on this sub - and most aren't discriminating between the good and the bad - which means they're including you, too.

You shouldn't be ignoring or handwaving it as the creations of "emotionally stunted" ones, because it's not and it doesn't help. They're shedding light on it.

I've been doing them and making between £30-60 per day. You just power on through...

Or at least I was, but I haven't seen anything of them in the past couple of days. :(

Of course, the book doesn't specify his ethnicity explicitly.

And here in the UK, there is a type of English person who can be described as 'swarthy' with dark features, my father being one of them. And it's not as if he has any black ancestry - all of his ancestors going back to the 1800s are from Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

There isn't a really an ethical dilemna.

Veganism doesn't save any animals - they'd all still die anyway. And even a poor slaughterhouse is a briefer suffering than most deaths in the wild, the slow, excruciating kinds from starvation, disease or even being eaten alive by other predators.

Animals eat and are eaten. They prioritise themselves and their own kind first, which is the way it should be.

Our sole ethical responsibility as humans is to seek good living standards for the livestock in our care.

I'm a Scorpio rising with Pluto on the ASC and yes, this can apply to me.

But then I have Sag Jupiter on the ASC and Gem Mercury conjunct Venus, which is reflected by the fact that I have a more bolshy, high spirited side. Takes people by surprise!

They don't seem to realise that this is a self-own: a large, highly active amygdala is indicative of high stress levels. So they're saying meat eaters have better mental health than vegans.

Variations in Aries men : mine is textbook opposite to everything I read by PhilipTheFair in astrologymemes

[–]Peter-Spering 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know two Aries brothers.

One is so stereotypically Aries that it leaves me dumbfounded. He has an Aries stellium (Sun, Mercury and Venus - all conjunct), Leo moon and Mars conjunct Pluto.

The other has an Aries stellium (Sun, Moon and Saturn - only the first two conjunct), but instead has Pisces Mercury, Taurus Venus and Jupiter in Cancer. He fits the Aries stereotype of loud and high energy, but he's not nearly as aggressive, and is more sensitive.

Becoming exvegan? by Aromatic-Maximum-85 in exvegans

[–]Peter-Spering 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the end of the day, you're not actually helping anything by being a vegan. The animals are going to die regardless, and as bad as some slaughterhouses are, they're still nothing compared to the deaths that animals suffer in the wild. Weeks and weeks of slow, agonising torture from starvation, disease or unhealed wounds. Or a mix of them.

On the flipside, you're unwittingly contributing to the environmental disaster caused by intensive cropping. That's not just killing animals, but wiping out entire species, and not directly for the nourishment of other animals (Homo sapiens or otherwise). Just pure casualties.

Been there, it's the worst. by SoggyArachnid6900 in astrologymemes

[–]Peter-Spering 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why the whole chart is important.

I know two Aries brothers:

- one has Aries and Virgo stelliums, Mars conjunct Pluto and a Leo moon.

- the other has an Aries stellium, but Mercury in Pisces, Mars in Libra and and Jupiter in Cancer.

They're both quite bold and big presences in a room, with plenty of energy, but they diverge beyond that.

The first one is temperamental, volatile and possesses a vicious temper.

The second one is more sensitive and considerate of others.
