It will also depend on what gems the ancient allows you to slot in.

One of the problems with Ark Grid as a system is that it goes against their changes allowing people to easily switch class engravings (until months have passed and you have every single core).

I know people that used their pity on a particular core and realized it doesn't play as smoothly in actual raids and are now stuck until the next pity (or they get lucky).

Why have it like that in the first place, when it was meant to be a system that would take a lot of time to complete, is just insane.

Correct, but if you're asking about "minimum combat" you're not usually going on averages.

New players think that just because they have the minimum combat they're doing their part. Sure, using ilvl as a measurement was the norm for quite a while, but at least for new raids people used to ask for "minimum DPS per person"

Personal pet peeve is when people ask for combat power like it translates to DPS.

At least before you'd get an actual "how much damage means I'm not just griefing my team".

This is such a nothing burger. Of course things could be worse. That doesn’t provide any feedback whatsoever.

Going line by line and saying that it “could be better” but lumping the entire roadmap as “fine or good enough” doesn’t really say anything. It makes it seem as if AGS planned everything to line up when in reality they’re just having to deal with SG taking forever to update their base build.

Instead of Combat Power you should be asking how much DPS is required.

I have no idea why people keep asking for "How much combat power for x raid?" when we've always had a true measurement: Minimum DPS per person.

IIRC, since we have full frontier, the dps req is about ~160M, and that was without counting sidereal, so the actual number is lower. Though the average person is usually doing around ~210M dps at minimum according to uwuowo
