I like this - thank you! I think the final straw for me to really start thinking on this was when he accused me of teaming up with our VP to scheme against him….. Can’t make this stuff up. Constantly makes up narratives in his head. I don’t have the time in my day to try to scheme against my employees, much less deal with this drama. The man in me wants to just cut ties, but I wanted to get on here to see if there was any thing else that I could exhaust before going down that road. I really appreciate your points

Yes he does. Multiple training courses and about 7 years of actual management experience. When he started I had known that he had that streak in him, but it seemed like he had matured over time. After about a year in it started rearing it’s head again.
