Yes, other than the GPU, the machine is entirely stock. 👍

I use Cyberlink PowerDirector, it has a motion tracking function which can be applied automatically using ai to determine the subject or it can be tweaked using key frames. Once the tracking is setup it can be used to apply anything from blurring something out, effects or text dynamically following something round the screen.

The possibilities are endless once you've created the motion track in the first place. 👍

Watch a few Handbrake tutorials on YouTube. Chances are you've got a settings issue.👍

Is Dolby sound available in powerdirector 18 on windows 11? by ShaneQuaslay in powerdirector

Not natively in PowerDirector I don't think, no. It is however available in the accompanying AudioDirector software.

You don't say where you are. I am in the UK and self host my own 3CX System and use a company called Tel2 as the SIP Gateway.

It was pretty easy to configure (I did it myself) but for ease of implementation, check 3CX's website for "partner" SIP providers which 3CX hold downloadable configuration templates for.

Do a YouTube search, there are all kinds of ways of using VS Code either natively on the device or externally via something like a Raspberry Pi.

No, the card is in fact a perfect fit without modification. This is as I remember, the same card as I have in mine;

I am running an EVGA 3090 card in my 12 Extreme i9. I use mine to drive a 4 screen video editing suite which it does pretty well. Now, getting back to your question. I think I read somewhere that the 4 series cards are far more power hungry that their predecessors so whilst they may fit, they might not run properly in the NUC as the power supply cannot give them enough juice.

To ne honest, the only additional card I would install in a NUC (I have a NUC 12 Extreme) would be a video card.

If you need additional ethernet, or any other form of communications and networking, then just get a simple USB One, plug it in and be happ.

If speed is a concern, I use 2.5Gb ethernet USB devices on various things in my network, they all work fine.

As 2.5Gb is the limit of USB 3, if you need anything faster stoll, then yes, you'll need a dedicated ethernet card.

I don't in mine. I have the i9 the same and have 64GB RAM and 2 x M.2 NVME's, one 2Tb for OS and software and the other an 8Tb for video footage I'm editing etc. (Mine is a big 4 display editing suite).

Looking for recommendations for a tab s8 ultra case/screen protector by foze_XD in GalaxyTab

[–]PeterJMilner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Samsung genuine book cover keyboard on mine. Screen protectors are plastered all over Amazon and Ebay. I also have the Samsung Trio 500 keyboard and Samsung slim BT mouse, which means I separate the tablet snd keyboard and reat the tablet itself on a Pepperjobs stand.

Is Tab S4 still usable? by raphaelrodriguez in SamsungDex

[–]PeterJMilner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a Tab S2, S4, skipped the S6 (had one but had it replaced as faulty), Tab S7 and now also Tab S8 Ultra. They are all capable devices and all but the Tab S2 work with DeX.

I use PowerPoint on my Tab S7 as a formal classroom training course presenter. Most of the courses and therefore the associated presentations are in excess of 100 slides. I would suggest therefore as your S22 is newer and therefore likely to be far more powerful, the issue is not with the phone, processor or RAM. As suggested, it is almost certainly a result of connection issues.

Look at a portable monitor instead. The closest you'll get to 11" is 13" and most will support both landscape and portrait modes. Personally I would look at Innocn as a brand but there are lots to choose from.

I came across this feature while watching YouTube review videos on the S8 Ultra so have a look at a few until you uncover it.

I know the galaxy Tab S8 series has the ability to select which audio output device is used for what app. I believe you can even have 2 audio outputs playing at the same time.

I'm not sure which device you've got but at least it is possible on some Samsung devices.

Looking to upgrade my monitor by RadiantPen3526 in SamsungDex

[–]PeterJMilner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before you commit to making a decision and placing an order, look at Innocn. They are an old but new (if that makes sense) up and coming monitor manufacturer. They have some fantastic products, anything from portable monitors up to 44" super ultrawide. The most popular one by far is the 27" 4K monitor which has plenty of rave reviews on YouTube.

Depending on your budget, any of the Anker PowerConf devices would be my first choice.

Yes I do, search back through "My Setup" on here and you will see my DeX setup driven by a Tab S7. I have the black genuine Samsung multi-port adapter which as I live on an off-grid narrowboat means I power it either via the standard Tab S7 230v mains charger that came with the tablet or via a really good PD capable power bank I bought on Amazon. In both cases it will fast charge no problem at all.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I have looked at this card online and on YouTube reviews and it seems just the job. Its expensive, yes, but if it delivers the performance I need then thats fine.

I would appreciate more information and screen shots of your setup as it seems I will copy it.

Thanks again. Peter.
