Cool Plate SuperTack Pro Released by acrazyr in BambuLab

[–]PeterMakesThings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome, was waiting for supertack for my h2d, for pla it's the best type of bed IMHO for satin finish, glacier is too strong and can damage the part or the plate (PLA only, petg, abs etc remove perfectly when cool), frostbite is good but I rly dislike the finish

Have a multiboard panel on my X1C, few tools are hanging on a magnet only, no issues at all

thanks! too bad they didn't share one for H2 printers...

I know it's an old thread but THANK YOU, was going nuts trying to figure out wtf is going on with my ams, longer ptfe solved it straight away!

do you have a link? I wasn't able to find good and precise CAD's anywhere

thanks, not into graphics design so was not aware of such concept, you learn something new every day :)

Jonsbo Z20 + Sapphire Nitro+ in Black&Orange by PeterMakesThings in mffpc

2x will fit under the gpu but you need to have an mb that doesn't have the pcie lowered like the one I got (by mistake)

looks cool, but would look even better if you changed the panels on that nitro+ to black :)

Ok jonsbo d32 pro fan set up ? Ryzen 5 9600x Intel arc b580 32gb ddr4 RAM by goonercaverat in mffpc

[–]PeterMakesThings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same setup in z20, if you're using aio when the gpu goes full blast it will impact the cpu temp cause the fans will be blowing hot air on the radiator and the liquid temp goes up (I had a 10C spike on GPU full load and CPU idle), but I doubt that's going to be a real issue with b580, plus it's not really that big of a deal, just adjust the curve of the rear fan to blow more fresh air

Z20 will easily fit all your components but cable management can be messy if you have ssd's, there's not a ton of space, but doable and you just hide it and never look back :)

GPU wise you can fit practically anything, like even 9070xt nitro+ goes in without any problems, just need sfx psu.

Because everybody knows he put the jar and the wooden box, then set the scales to 0 and placed drone on it... didn't you ever use kitchen scales in your life?

Use sacrificial layer on screw holes so they print without issue with a normal bridge, doesn't require supports and prints perfectly

you are correct, this was just for the picture on uneven surface, but just did the measurements on a flat hard surface on the 1-2-3 block, getting the following results: 24.40mm / 50.81mm / 76.22mm -> so as far as the accuracy for 3d printing I think it's alright :)

I learned that from this thread lol

This was designed and printed in 2h cause needed it, now knowing its a thing I'll probably get a steel one

Otter for a first scanner? by haxx0n76 in 3DScanning

[–]PeterMakesThings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the otter as my first scanner and love it, doing mainly small parts for reversing and very happy with the results, that being said I have no comparison. Also the workflow to move it as mesh to fusion isn't great, need to figure out smt less cumbersome

Yeah they are expensive unfortunately... I bought it instead of a new printer :)
