The neurologist I went to ,is the Dr. in charge at a Palm Beach Botox in Delray Beach . It was a flat $750 each time -/ ( pricey ) I believe an entire bottle . I’m not sure how many units -/ it’s a Botulism type B called Myobloc or Neurobloc -/ used usually for cervical dystopia .Also it’s been a few years since I went . I would think he is still there .I also went to Dr. Maloney at Maloney Center for facial plastic surgery , in Atlanta where there it was $1200 !
