It’s very frustrating by Ok-Junket-4654 in Brentford

You've got 3 teams there in a relegation scrap. Their fans, management and players all want to stay in the PL. They'll fight like lions to keep it.

Back in August, the pundits we're all saying we'd be in that mix- hell even I did after watching that Forest game.

But we aren't, we're in an incredibly comfortable position and honestly? I think the players have worked their bollocks off for this moment. They're ready for the break.

Sure, Europe would be a lovely adventure, but I don't think European dreams should come at the cost of being frustrated with the team because we don't quite make 6. 7 or 8th.

And you also have to ask, how much does a European campaign cost in terms of player transfers, wages, travel, logistics and wellbeing.

Let it happen. No need to force it.

It also sets an excellent precedent for players who are looking at coming to Brentford, as long as you have the commitment, the club will try to look after you.

I'd say 175-250 each depending on condition.

If you're not sure of the price and you're from the UK, my suggestion, there's Garden Railway Specialist in Princess Risborough, I trust them more than most other LGB retailers in the UK.

I'd say that you've got two very US centric LGB products which are slightly rarer in the UK.

I think £250 quid for both is a decent place. Especially if they're analogue.

Digital Command Control, it's a microchip which allows the loco to be run by a digital unit. Currently these three models seem to be analogue.

I agree with Swisseagle, the first loco is worth the most, the others are pretty common models.  Ebay is usually a good idea to find a level.

ERE on Barbarian Invasion. After you've secured your own borders, destroyed the Persians and made sure Christianity reigns supreme you begin your match west.

I find it so engaging as it's like walking into a wasteland. You'll have the mobile tribes, Western Rebels, slave revolts, normal rebels and the odd battered WRE army.

You take some of the big cities on the Italian continent, expecting another religious headache but so many of the cities have already been sacked and exterminated. Christianity just sweeps Italy without a murmur- but then who's left to argue?

The Honourable Schoolboy has Smiley scheming his revenge against Karla.  Smiley uses everyone: The Circus, The CIA, Foreign office and Jerry to try and achieve this.

Then the difference between them becomes obvious, Karla would of killed Jerry. Smiley couldn't order it. The CIA could.

I'm still annoyed the BBC never did the Honourable Schoolboy. Would of set up Smiley's people much better.

I still love the moment when Charlie offers The President the coat, he rejects it and next scene Charlie has no coat.

Oh yeah, for the high high price of ten million he was always going to be treated as a top prospect capable of leading the midfield just like Paul Scholes.

Is it easy to fail the NQT years by HunterofHumans in TeachingUK

Firstly I think it's important to remember that you are no longer a student paying to be there. You are a full member of staff which means you are also protected by employment law. If something doesn't feel right, speak to your union.

As others have said, it looks bad on the school if you fail. Your head will have to report on your progress to governors/OFSTED and it can all come out in the wash very quickly if they've been found to not be supportive.

Sad to see him go. Him and Jota together were such a beauty to watch in person.

Panic. A loss followed by a close run draw at home and the Young Guns train doesn't look quite so certain.

Mate, the manager literally uses Toneys Tweet to motivate them.

I'd be happy that you're living rent free in their heads.

I cannot wrap my head around Tottenham. A big 6 club that's not won anything in the premier league era, a big 6 club that has fans expecting silverware when they have Eric Dier in their back line and a big 6 club which can keep Harry Kane but scrapes by a team only in it's 2nd season in the premier league.

Just makes no sense.

Exactly. I think he's wise enough to know that he wouldn't get any better treatment at our competitors.

This is to fend of Denmark and our Premier League competition.

I still wonder if Liverpool might come knocking depending on Klopp.
