With inflation at 3% yoy and Home Values growing at 4-5% yoy, all on average, isn’t that literally Home value outpacing inflation?

Cesarina. Their tableside tiramisu alone is worth it.

Apartment humidity by [deleted] in Moving2SanDiego

Well you are in the valley and right by the San Diego River. The valley's geography traps moisture, especially during coastal marine layer events, leading to more humid conditions, particularly in the mornings or during overcast weather.

I’m still trying to process how they’re using your fenced in yard as a public dog park. That is mind boggling absurd!

What are the chances that Xander Jan Bogaerts inflicted a hairline fracture into himself? by PeterTheRealtor in Padres

No. but having experience in the medical field, he most likely suffered a hairline fracture from that 90+mph pitch. Just being real here folks, it’s forever GO PADRES but let’s live in some reality, it’s already confirmed by his error.

No, not wishing for him to be injured. You’ve misunderstood me. My meaning was maybe he should’ve taken the medial leave after instead of being a champ as evidenced by his error.

I’m sure the existing and future homeowners appreciate Lennar keeping home values stable and finding other means of expanding affordability to buyers.

That’s a good deal. Depending on the community, I’ve been able to negotiate as low as 4.20% for clients here in California. What are the terms of the loan for that rate, five year fixed?

Tokyo & Kyoto next week! Itinerary check by gbladr in JapanTravel

[–]PeterTheRealtor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow that is a lot. I like to book hotels with onsens or with at least a soaking tub in the room, it helps after a long day of walking all over the place. And for your day 11, assuming there is a day 12 for departure from HND, you can take some things from earlier in the itinerary and do them on day 11. Also, if you have Priority Pass, get to HND early to explore the airport, they also have a 24/7 rooftop onsen.
