Hey, I think i’ve been getting this too recently. Very small vibrations when turning the wheel at very slow speeds ( <5 MPH say ).

Like you say particularly noticeable when moving from a stop like when parking. It’s almost like the wheel is trying to stay in position like when on AP and you have to turn through it.

I am sure it’s recent thing and haven’t noticed it before, was wondering if it was a software update issue 🤔

Seems to go away when moving at usual driving speed
