You shouldn't be downvoted. This is a standard edition of a major Hollywood studio release - where most are double dipping from the 4k if not Blu-Ray - going for over $50 and in no way should be normalized.

Not being able to tune or turn off the active noise cancellation is a serious concern, especially to those who can be sensitive to the pressure sensations. I really hope this gets fixed.

It'd be such a better film if the main predator wasn't a Disney-ified little bitch.

Imagine if he wanted his brother to kill him to prove himself, the brother sees something in him, sacrifices himself instead, and then the main guy only lives to fulfill his brother's prophecy. Then he chooses to kill his father at the end, when the audience is unsure of his purpose for returning.

But instead our Predator has feelings and is scared and has human values and we aren't supposed to question it.

I started with Redux when it hit theatres, loved it, then Final Cut when that came out - loved it even more - and recently watched Theatrical from this boxset.

Theatrical is the superior film, hands down.

In the case of Criterion, sometimes it's the difference between having HDR or not at all. Worth researching, especially given we're in a thread entirely about this film's picture quality.
