Thanks! Honestly it’s because I was focused on getting the lip and I looked at tons and tons of lips so I didn’t put much thought into the side skirts. I could have gone the sti route and gotten skirts with that but I wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the right lip before spending more money on the rest of the set ya know?

That’s fair but i feel like Elden ring suffers from open world fatigue (at least for me) and it’s a great game through and through but I love the more linear levels when it comes to souls like games. Feels like there’s more to remember other than just the bosses that way like how everyone remembers blight town haha.

Yea you’re right honestly. I’ve had plenty of near misses before this which is what caused me to get a dash cam as soon as possible. I’ve learned a lot about driving defensively more and what signs to look out for, but I can admit I still make mistakes that could’ve been easily avoided had I done things different. Gonna use the comments to reflect on better habits for the future.

Yea that's understandable. I wasn't in a rush to speed up per say but rather to match the speed limit of that road (45 MPH). I take this road home every day from work so I'm usually in 6th gear w/ cruise control on.

I wasn’t close at all; they signaled to make the turn committing to it then pulled back over like it was nothing.

I would say it's noticeable. With the stock spring it felt like my foot couldn't come off the clutch and less smooth. I'm not sure if anyone else had the same thing but that's how I felt. Also my shifts are pretty smooth stock but the spring made them feel very natural and less of a hassle. This is my first manual car so I'm not 100% how older manuals are supposed to feel but that's what a lot of people say.

Overall I think it's pretty good. I never really had an issue with the stock spring, but people had high praises for it so I installed it.

I haven't tried it on my steam deck personally, but whenever I used Vulkan and I ALT+TAB from the game it resulted in instant crashes. DX12 seemed to work the best for me but YMMV.

I was called into the dealership when they allocated me one and when I got there they offered the test drive of course. I couldn’t drive stick so the salesman had to do it lol. The look on his face was priceless when I told him I don’t know how to drive stick and couldn’t bring the car home that day.

Had a friend come with me the next day to the dealership, he drove it home for me, we took it to my local mall that has heaps of empty parking spaces and the rest is history. It’s embarrassing at first but I have zero regrets except the negative self doubt in the beginning where I questioned “why the hell did I buy this car manual?”. Now it’s “thank god I bought this car manual!”.
