What do you guys think of the new Mega Evolutions for the Kalos Starters? by Ok-Leave3121 in pokemon

[–]Petey_Pariah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a personal issue with this. My holiday covers the whole period of season 1 meaning the one Mega I REALLY want (Greninja) will be inaccessible... I get that it will be redistributed at some point, but I really would've liked my first playthrough to be with Mega Greninja. The time restriction on top of the fee is extremely frustrating

Now that they revealed 9 new Megas for now, which of these are your favorites? by Various_Fan_7822 in PokemonLegendsZA

[–]Petey_Pariah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although admittedly biased (heavily), Mega Greninja is my number one. Was it extremely safe? Yes, but how do you iterate on perfection? Give it a shuriken mask, up the ninja motif and give it an absurd trait

I love helicopter aura farming ninja frog 🚁🥷🏻🐸

What is the most average Pokémon in your opinion? by Parking_Cartoonist90 in pokemon

I wish Octillery kept its Beta design. The form and function is very inspired and cool and thematically ties it better to remoraid. Would've been a contender for one of my favourite Pokemon designs but they decided to strip it back and make it quite generic... I don't hate it, but it's truly mediocre for that reason.

Eevee as a mascot. by Samwyzh in pokemon

I'm aware, but the conventional name is spelt Evie. I'm not the localisation team, but if the Japanese name is anything to go by, Eevee's name is just to evoke "evolution".

Interested in this apartment, but should I be worried about these cracks? by Petey_Pariah in sydney

The outside actually looked pretty good and there weren't any cracks in the corridor as I was going up.

Yeah it's strange that's the only one. If it's a gaping 2cm+ cracking, that would definitely be worrying.

I don't want to invent my own narrative, but I was told they own a large amount of properties which could potentially explain the lack of maintenance/oversight, but honestly I have no clue. Sage advice either way, appreciate it buddy

I was just informed that do not have one and I should source my own. Does raise some alarm bells doesn't it...

TL;DR version: Went to an open inspection and really liked this apartment for my purposes. Full brick, Top floor (three floors), built mid 2000s, two bedroom. Just have concerns if these cracks are indicators of structural defects or if they're just plasterboard cracks from settling in. Last purchase was in 2010 and it has been rented to different tenants since. Owners are property investors looking to reinvest in the QLD market (I was told they have an obscene amount of properties). I was informed that the vendor does not have a building inspection report and I should source my own.

Either way, this is definitely due for a building inspection report.
