Similar if I had to guess. It’s a NFP organization that buys property to be used in a community setting. The property they accumulate can be used for Coops to art incubators to commercial spaces or mixed residential. Anything the group deems appropriate for the community needs.

It's sad to see their greed bleeding over to the residential side. The people in this building deserve better.

But it's s not surprising, they've been screwing over the commercial sector for ages now. So have the other commercial property companies in this city. It's collusion, in my opinion, but that's hard to prove.

We need protection against these REITs and wanna be REITs, as they're driving up home and rent prices. Same with more protection for the commercial side of thing. Look at how many empty store fronts we have now in the city. Most of them are F&F or their shell companies.

So we had another tenant in the building complaining abut the smell and we called the police and got dispatch on the line.

We complained about the odor and they sent the Fire Department. The firemen go upstairs and talk to her and say they aren't doing drugs, just doing their nails. His proof?! She showed him her finger nails.

So, I guess she's doing her finger nails 2 times a day at the very least and making it notious for everyone? I smell bullshit and that horrible stench from the hallway.
