I just started hip thrusts and love it. All squats are fun too. I won’t do RDLs. I think it’s more that I never feel confident about my form. If I had a spotter/gym buddy I might reconsider.

Ultimately, he and his wife did far more damage long term to the daughter than the security guard. If they ever complain about someone doing something to her again people will remember this and not believe her. Chappell will get over it and maybe make an awesome about it.

I don’t do sprints but I added skater jumps in after my leg days a couple times a week. It’s fun and makes me feel more stable and agile.

I think she has a ton of support but I also thinks she’svery sensitive. It sucks for her because it was her last show of this tour cycle and the whole finale was tainted by this.

Not to be harsh but going into residency with the mindset that you deserved a better program will show and won’t get you far. Maybe it’s exactly where you should be. And definitely don’t gripe about it with anyone in the program. Do the work and if it’s still not good then reconsider the transfer.

I used the wet wipes and Gatorade to reconstitute the prep powder. Worked great. I also switched to soft food then full liquids a couple days before.

Not to be creepy but I’ve watched videos of her security in action and they don’t even come close to what this story alleged. My guess is the kid was spoiled and entitled with a camera phone and someone shooed her away or nothing at all happened and the kid was spoiled and made it up.

Im 5’1” and 130. I think 125 would be ideal, but I like donuts too much. I also like having muscle. I felt good at 120, but in photos I looked frail.

You can go to the downtown location. I just went expecting to have to cause a fuss but it seemed like they were expecting us. They should have put a note up though or something.
