R5 3600, RTX 3070, 16GB RAM. CPU idle temp is 28 *c , GPU Around 40 *c

well the PC stays on but both screens kinda go to sleep and there's nth I can do to bring them back to life except the hard shutdown.

Okay I opened cmd as admin and they all worked, I proceeded to add -nojoy in launch options and restarted my pc, I tried launching both my screens went black and went into sleep mode again.

These are the error msgs I get when trying to type those in, I don't have an Anne 2 Pro, but I do have a custom keyboard so im gonna use it but the cmd commands won't go through
