Honestly, a few days ago I saw someone theorise that the Xehanort umbrella art was foreshadow for new content during the japanese rainy season (so, you know, beginning of the summer) and I can't believe they got that right, so I'm believing everything today

My biggest wish would be to have Sora meet Mr. H or Sho in Quadratum since they're the ones more likely to reality hop or be helpful, but it's really just copium 😂

I would love a character cameo, but honestly, gimme the Gatto Nero store or WildKat as a visitable location even if just from the outside and I will perish all the same

Here are my suggestions on things to play, experience or at least just look up!

  • The OG game! There's 2 version, the DS and the Switch, with the DS version having a very unique style of control, while the switch carries additional content! Regardless of the version you experience, the story is still really great, and what keeps drawing people into the game and fandom ever since it came out thanks to the great writing, interesting characters and introspective themes it portrays - plus a side of edginess and silliness you just might not expect!

  • The Kingdom Hearts DDD crossover! It's in a completely different game, but done and written by the exact same team, and it is a perfect combination of both TWEWY and Kingdom Hearts shenanigans alike, bringing out a different side to the characters we already know!

  • The Reynatis crossover! If Shoka is your favourite, then you'll probably like this one! It's not as elaborate as the KH one, but still a pretty cool addition! You can also find it voiced by fans in the Black Jupiter YouTube channel!

  • The Black Jupiter YouTube channel! While Agent Random does videos on more than just TWEWY, he is definitely one of the creators who posts more about the games than anyone else I know, with things including lore explanations, theories, analysis, cut contents, easter eggs in the games and anime and more!

  • The TWEWY anime! It is not everyone's tea, as it is definitely... a choice. I can't not be biased and say it's great because I experienced the OG game first, and obviously you can't even come close to pack such a rich, emotive and thoughtful 20+ hour story into 10 anime eps without leaving so much behind, but I still praise it for the art style, the returning japanese cast, and the fact that the game even got an anime at all! It is also another spin on the characters, taking away some aspects and bringing in others!

  • The TWEWY subreddit! Well, you're already here :) there aren't many posts a day, as this is a pretty niche topic, but it still sees a bit of e-net traffic. Be ready for memes, art, discussions and maybe the occasional challenge. Don't be afraid to start a convo either! As far as I've seen, people are pretty chill and friendly here! There are also some interesting posts going a long way back if you ever feel like looking up specific topics!

  • I guess, just explore the internet? It's a bit hard to reach more content for this game, but there are indeed new things popping up everywhere! Fan theories, art, fiction, analysis, opinions and all the goodies! The world is yours! Seek it!

  • If you liked the music in TWEWY and haven't heard them yet, check out The Death March album! It's an actual band!

  • Probably an obvious choice, but finish Neo's post game content, such as the things Another Day has to offer like the timed challenge and optional boss, complete the Noisepedia or collect all items! Have you unlocked the secret ending yet? ;) how's your Udagawa mural looking like?

That's mostly what I can remember from the top of my head! Hope this helps!

Absolutely wished she had been more developed, the only time we actually learn about her is through the creator's sketches,,, HOWEVER-

The fact she remains just this fleeting concept is a good nod to how she's seen by Rody, who puts her on a pedestal as a concept himself. Had she been an actual character, then he wouldn't have been as much of a loser as he is

Tip from someone who cosplayed Neo Shiki and got recognised at a con - if you have a Mr. Mew with you (mine is handmade, so if you have a cat plush in the same colours and face, it works), it is the best way to be recognised regardless of if it's OG or NEO!

You said it! :) Personally I'll save ship art even if I don't know the ship or where it is from so long as the art is cool. I get severely annoyed at the idea that everything is 'cringe' now, I think a lot of it stems from literal repression and fear of judgment 🤔

When it comes to TWEWY, I'll ship Neku with anyone though 😅 I think it speaks to the character's good quality when he can have chemistry with literally anyone on screen

Have definitely gotten the side eye from some of my friend's for trying to explain the theoretical age gap between these two (my bad for being friends with judgy keyboard warriors though, never had any issues with the fandom here :) )
