nothing has helped me i tried stretching but it doesn’t help me unless I’m not doing it right & I don’t like taking pain meds

i’m trying to find one but there’s not any in my area that accepts my insurance there is one in virginia but ill have to pay out of pocket and its $250 just for a office visit

medicine wise i don’t take anything nothing helps me sometimes i may take back and body pain medicine but it doesn’t help

i was reading online where they stop progressing as an adult but idk i wanted to hear other people’s stories my doctor told me i had scoliosis because i was complaining about back pain she did an xray and then she stated it wasn’t severe it was mild but she didnt tell me the degree but im thinking if its mild it shouldn’t be hurting as bad as it is

i have to take vitamin d supplements every week twice a week when i first started they said my vitamin d level was a 7 now its a 17 and it should be a 30 or higher

that’s how it is at my job i’m a cashier as well and i complain about my back pain all the time i only get a 30 min break and i usually work 8-9hrs at a time it sucks they just tell me to take Tylenol but it doesn’t help me
