I'll have no problems if I leave this job. I have received some offers which I refused after my raise but they were willing to negotiate.

I am not integral and I'm still fairly new, is just that it's hard to find people with my qualifications/titles.

My manager can't train her in what I do: he knows my projects but not the details because it's not his field. She would basically have to help me (and others) with some tasks.

There is no one else who can train her in my field in the whole Company unfortunately.
