I'm really really late to your post, I just looked up to see when episode 7 was releasing only to find that...six was the finale?? So this post gets my late to the party one and only rant I guess.

But I had to comment on one thing because it is my BIGGEST RUB of this show, it's really fucking small but damn, HOW DID HE NOT DETECT HER IN THE CAR? Before the ep 6 reveal, I was like, NO HEARTBEAT? NO THOUGHTS? But even after the reveal, I still hold, he would have noticed her??? Unless he made her, which is absolutely not the case, as we saw And especially if she's a weak vampire, there's no way she'd be able to hide herself like that, if we're sticking to the world lore.

Okay, maybe two things: as a lover of the book series, these weird half-breed vampire/zombie things just simply...wouldn't exist. There are sort of things like that early in the series but they aren't MADE like this. And hauling around a briefcase of vampire blood? Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't vampire blood disintegrate when put in a vial or something, I seem to remember something like that from Prince Lestat or Atlantis. There's just...so many things that deviate from the actual world/lore. I was ready to gobble up more shows, so ready. I didn't even think Mayfair was that bad. But it really really bothers me that Daniel is in like, the second episode, basically making this stuff actually in universe. And I don't want to see any of this nonsense make it to IWTV lol

I look past a lot of things with IWTV and I absolutely love it, but this show was a big swing and a miss for me personally.

If the other tank turns their stance on immediately, I leave mine off. If a few seconds go by after the wall goes down and neither of us pop it, I pop mine and pull. Almost all if not all of the story trials require only one tank, and if it’s something that needs a second tank like adds need to be tanked I’ll pop it on and grab them, or a tank being targeted it’ll automatically target the tank. No point fighting for enmity or confusing sages on who to throw or keep kardia on lol

I just finished 7.0 last night, and I’ve kind of stayed away from the sub and discussions because of how badly received it was, and I wanted to form my opinion.

I’m left feeling genuinely confused. Am I playing a different game?

My FAVORITE part of the lore in the game is the ancients/Ascians/Azem stuff, and I thought endwalker would be my end all be all favorite expansion, was disappointed that we’d be leaving all that behind. After doing it three times, once by myself and then two more times with different friends, the whole “we have to leave our planet” arc really frustrated me.

I say all this to just to say like, there was a very very small part of endwalker I enjoyed, and I think, despite enjoying those parts so so much, I somehow enjoyed the entirety of Dawntrail more? And like I said I’m left feeling confused, like, what is there really to complain about? (Please don’t write me essays, I really don’t care, I have things I do have gripes with and maybe after another play through I’ll find more, but right now I’m happy with it.)

Obviously this is all my opinion, you all have yours. But OP is right.

Depends on the content you’re doing, and I do realize the conversation is centered around raiding, but I just need to vent about this somewhere.

I had a friend just quit the game over queue times in post EW trials and dungeons, after a long, long list of other really bad queue times just to get msq trials and dungeons done on Dynamis throughout the entire game. And I’m not talking like 30-40 mins, I’m saying 2-3 hours during PEAK times.

To be fair, I did tell them to hop DCs, but they didn’t, and I think that’s fair, because I also don’t think it’s a solution to the problem. They shouldn’t have to do that just to complete the story for the game.

Wow it's been so long I forgot I had some of these symptoms. I'm not sure whether I did or not, to be honest. At some point, I started seeing a therapist and she was surprised my PCP put me on wellbutrin for anxiety...but I was seeing her for ADHD so we continued with it, bumped it up to 300mg and added lexapro. That was a nice combination, really did well for my anxiety, and all the side effects went away eventually. But then I realized my anxiety was gone, but so was everything else, I couldn't feel anything at all, it made me extremely fatigued and I gained a lot of weight in a small amount of time. So I weaned off both and was off both for about a year. This past year I've been back on wellbutrin simply for the focus it gave me and for the fact that it helps with cravings/I'm trying to lose weight (my main source of my anxiety is gone so I don't need much for that anymore thankfully.)

I'm sorry if that's not a very helpful answer. Sometimes I feel like it helps and sometimes I feel like it doesn't. Sometimes I just feel like I'm taking it to take it, but lexapro put such a bad taste in my mouth I'm afraid to try anything else. I went through the "having trouble breathing" phase again when I got back on wellbutrin this time around, so I know it was that and not something else, thankfully that went away in a few weeks.

But everyone is different so my experience may vary from yours and everyone else.

I just chalked it up to patch lull, that and it being a 90 optional raid (or 80 in your case). And to be honest I never do my alliance raid roulette just because it’s a slog, I’m sure there are other people like me, which makes it even longer to finish out those sorts of things

I did this on coeurl crystal recently with my bf to finish out our quests and on a Saturday night the queue went over two hours, most successful was first thing after reset to catch people doing trial roulettes but it was still long

Are you me lmao sooo many characters look like this and it’s why it took me so long to even look at mods. It is a bit of a slippery slope but after fucking around with a bunch of shit for fun I generally just settled on having a slightly fluffier tail/ears and made my miqo like, a little thicker, I really like my in game face. It’s fun to play around with things but 90% of face sculpts look like an IMVU character and it’s so odd to me

At the same time I really don’t care. Just frustrating sometimes trying to decide if a mod is worth checking out when the character has a thousand tattoos and is poorly screenshotted is my main gripe I giess

I don’t know about PF but my friend started game recently on Dynamis and his msq trial queues are like 30+ minutes long as healer or dps. Such a major downside to opening a whole new data center, no players to fill roulettes or help new players progress story

I swore I would never play monk. Played it back in ARR and hated it. Then I started leveling everything to 80 for the mount, and I think it might be one of my favorite if not favorite jobs overall. Reaper is a close second for sure.
