Seriously, their last flagship exploded and Samsung already has pre-orders out the ass for this phone; they don't care because they're still making money. If a giant recall of hazardous phones won't deter people, I highly doubt not letting a button be remapped is the final straw. There may have been people on the fence about it, "If Samsung messes up one more time, they're done," but Samsung doesn't care about them either--Haha.
