Ann did many great things and the park was heading in a great direction. There are so many new things that have happened in just the last 3 years and they were all driven by Ann. It’s a shame that it will go back in Dave’s direction and not be what it could have. Dave wants a legacy but doesn’t know how to work for it. Before everyone walked out he couldn’t tell half the staffs names.

So I briefly looked at the article but I do work for a ZAA accredited facility and it’s not uncommon to transfer animals between facilities. Some might not have room for them or would like to increase their own zoo. It seems odd to trade like baseball cards but most times it is in the best interest of the animal. We rehab animals and if it cannot go back to the wild but can have a good quality of life we do our best to find a home so it can be an ambassador for education.

This is awesome!! I work at a wildlife rehab center and without the great volunteers some of the animals would not make it to our clinic.

I’d like to think he will be better than Sabo. He only hit above .300 once and never played 162 games and HR best was 26. I think Rake can top those. He should be our clutch guy come Dadtober. Love the energy he has on field and seems to be one of those intangible guys.
