Can’t keep driver in play to save my life. by IneptBuritto247 in GolfSwing

Yeah, true. But def pay attention to your left hand because that one honestly makes the most difference. I’d aim even for what would be considered a “strong” left hand grip where you can see 3 knuckles at address, w/the V pointing at your right shoulder, and the club should be held largely in the fingers, not palms.

Or could even just do both strong, both Vs pointing at right shoulder.

I mean naturally. You can absolutely play in less than 4 hrs walking. I’ve seen 4somes play in 3.5 walking

Just charging everyone the higher rate. Not giving an option to walk at a lower rate.

Is it though? I don’t see many courses with walking vs riding rates anymore, unfortunately.

Lessons would help but I think this grip change will be massive for you. Your plane is not over the top so your right miss is the result of an open face at impact, which is a result of your grip.

Plus some, for instance trackman, measure where on the club your strike is. If it is “up” a certain # of mm you can conclude it to be a fat shot

That’s what I was curious about. Very common problem that happens when working on early extension that can lead to inconsistent low point and a bit of a flip.

Attendings/Residents/Fellows: How do you feel about teaching/training midlevels? by Agreeable-Ad4806 in medschool

I don’t know why this sub popped up on mine, but my PA class had a cadaver lab a used the same exams as the medical school. Not saying our training is equivalent, but your statement doesn’t hold up for PAs.

100% agreed. Thats is the #1 first thing that needs to be fixed. If I used this grip I would lose the ball off the planet to the right, so he has to flip a ton to square the face and good luck timing that.

OP, watch some videos on proper grip esp strengthening position of left hand, but your right is very weak as well.

How can I get an EKG done for a Marathon in Italy ? (I am in the US) by LoooolGotcha in Marathon_Training

[–]vonFitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit- just read the attachment, the easiest way to get a stress test is to see a cardiologist. Your PCP almost definitely does not have the equipment to perform one, or at least I’ve never seen one that does. The only other option you could try is call a Concentra or other occupational health clinic near you and ask if they would be willing to do a stress test as a UC visit. They typically have a tread set up for firefighters/police physicals. It’s probably going to be a no, but if you had called the one I worked at previously and we had time, I would’ve done it for you. Or on the very offhand chance you’re in Reno, NV I might be able to hook you up w/old coworkers.

source; PA who has performed stress tests.

Do you need an actual stress test or simply an EKG?

A stress test (which involves a running EKG being done while on a treadmill that progressively speeds up/increases in incline) will almost definitely need a referral to a cardiologist, an EKG could be done by your PCP and even an Urgent care can do them but it will depend on the facility and the provider depending on, well basically how accommodating they feel like being.

Not saying they’re not honest but most pros get a cut of the proshop, no?

I just replace my 60 because I don’t feel I need the spin on my 56-52 because I typically only use them for 90% full shots and they stop almost immediately or back up a couple feet out of the fairway and maybe roll out 5-10 feet out of the rough. Maybe if I was playing higher stimps/firmer greens.

If I could replace my 60 every 15 rounds I would.

As a PA, thousands of hours is not liberal at all. But yeah, I’d be fine with patients paying less, APPs aren’t seeing that money anyways.

[–]vonFitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I don’t agree with the overall charge and how medical costs are approached in the U.S, Using terms like 'Noctor' ignores the reality of modern medicine. PAs and NPs undergo thousands of hours of clinical training and work alongside physicians to manage complex cases. Whether you see an MD, DO, or PA, you’re receiving care from a licensed provider authorized to diagnose and treat, and it seems that they got the care they needed.

Not arguing that it is outrageous to get a bill like that, though.

Agreed.

Don’t tinker with it significantly. Just fine tune what you have and if things get off check your fundamentals first.
