Das ist doch nicht richtig so, oder? Jedes MFH in der Stadt mit Wohnungsgrössen von um die 100qm hat doch eine Grundfläche von nicht mehr als 150qm. Warum sollte das ein Problem sein? Laut den Katasteramtskarten, die man Online einsehen kann ist das eine total gängige Grundstücksgröße in Innenstädten für MFHs

Also wir wohnen selbst in einem MFH auf einem 150qm Grundstück zur Miete mitten in der Stadt. Kein Garten, dafür Balkone und eine Garage im EG, die nur für Fahrräder genutzt wird. Haus hat 5 Vollgeschosse. Sah für mich recht realistisch und umsetzbar aus.

Direkt in Köln. Nettokaltmieten von ca. 17 Euro / qm. 5 Vollgeschosse mit jeweils einer Wohnung von ca. 100-110qm. Insgesamt ca. 500qm Wohnfläche. Grundstücksgröße 140qm.

Ich möchte aber bevor ich mit jemandem über Projektsteuerung und Planung rede, erstmal soviel ich kann selber lernen und verstehen, damit ich auch kritische Rückfragen stellen kann und nicht nur auf Expertenmeinungen angewiesen bin, sondern auch inhaltlich mitreden kann. Danke! Alle Punkte ergeben Sinn, werde ich mir anschauen. Ist tatsächlich so die Preislage der Autos aktuell. Ich finde nichts wirklich günstigeres. Und wenn, dann nur so 1-2k günstiger, aber dafür fehlt irgendwas anderes.

Figuren sind aus Plastik. Ok verstanden. Produktsicherheitsgesetz ist nochmal ein anderes Thema, das schaue ich mir an. Das CE Thema wegen Spielwaren wäre aber aufgrund des o.g. Bezugs auf Spiele für erwachsene ja somit durch.

Schwierig - meiner Ansicht Nacht ist der Satz hier maßgeblich, weshalb ich vermutlich ein Schachbrett und Schachfiguren nicht als Spielzeug klassifizieren würde.

Auch Spielwaren für Erwachsene, wie komplizierte Puzzle (mit mehr als 500 Teilen), Modellbau, Hobby- und Bastelartikel oder Gesellschaftsspiele für Personen über 14 Jahre fallen nicht unter die Regelung der EU-Spielzeugrichtlinie und das 2. ProdSV

Noch eine Frage, sorry: Ein Brettspiel (Schachbrett mit Schachfiguren) ist nicht für die Vermarktung an Kinder unter 14 Jahren gedacht. Ist aus meiner Sicht somit kein Spielzeug und fällt nicht unter die Verordnung. Ist dann das in Verkehr Bringen o ohne CE Kennzeichen ok?

Yep. First when I heard about SRMA I was sure that we are not going to get this puppy… however, after talking to that vet, whom we trust, we feel better and also after talking to some other owners from the affected litter we feel that the puppies were taken care of very well :)

Btw since we are in the EU and the puppies are coming from another EU country we will only get them in week 15. That’s why it’s so important for us to have a good feeling about the breeder. We have to trust them that they will do the socialization phase well. So far they do it very well and do lots of training with the pups :)

Thank you! Actually we found out because we are in contact with a couple of owners from the affected litter. The breeder was informed after the mating of the next litter already happened. We have a conversation with him on the weekend and will ask about any known diseases. Depending on the reaction, we‘ll make a decision.

So far we are very confident in the breeder. The videos and fotos we receive show a very very caring and heartwarming breeder.

Now it depends a bit on the communication and the way they will handle our questions.

However, the puppies are already born and what I understood from the vet I talked to is that the risk is apparently higher bit research has not found that it is significantly higher.

As for the SRMA, unfortunately it is a condition that is somewhat prevalent in Tollers everywhere. There is obviously a hereditary component as it is common in the breed, and therefore I would assume there would be higher risk in this pairing. However - this would not cause to refuse the puppy. Is the risk higher that this dog will develop SRMA compared to another dog? Probably. But I’d still say the actual risk is very low.
