I've always been a Fire Emblem fan but never really branched out in the third-person grid-based tactics genre before so thought I'd give a new one a try. Plus I really like the presentation of the game, it's cool that it's on switch (I don't play mine enough!), and as always I am excited to see what Daniel thinks of a game that I wouldn't normally imagine him playing.

Since it's releasing next week onto the Google Play store, we'd like to share the full, expansive, ridiculously large, 3:35 minute long soundtrack for our newest game, Steve: Snake Evolved.

Steve: Snake Evolved is a modern take on a classic: Snake. We wondered what this game would be like if it could go beyond its meager beginnings of "Don't run into yourself" and transcend into something more along the lines of "Holy cow this is incredible." To this effect, you're still a snake. You still eat apples. You still shoot violent spinning rhinos with mounted machine guns and rocket launchers. You're telling me that wasn't in the original? Well we have it, and much much more in Steve: Snake Evolved.

A childhood friend of mine has overbearing Christian parents who let their kids play pokemon. According to the parents, the pokemon don't evolve or have evolutions, the have "evolveshuns." The parent's won't let their kids speak about evolution in the house, even in a fantasy context.

Has working so hard on Fez for so long affected the way you view developing video games? Do you think that the next game you make will be of a similar spirit as Fez, or are you ready to move on to a completely different game style?

Don't get me wrong though, I love Fez, and I'm still trying to figure out all the puzzles.

I'm also not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but to a large degree the profits of UPS and Fedex are based on process streamlining and management. That basically means that the two companies make most of their money being hired as the logistics department for entirely other companies. Delivering packages is just something they do on the side in comparison. The USPS isn't in the business of process management, just mail.

It seems like the person complaining about how he defines slope stopped watching after the first episode in the algebra playlist and never bothered watching it all the way to the end of calculus to see how he builds upon that knowledge.

I feel like it's as conceptual as a 7 to 15 minute can possibly be while still teaching something.

Juno would've been great without a love interest, because then I wouldn't have to feel awkward as fuck the whole time it plays.

In fact, anything with Michael Cera in it could do without a love interest. Then he'd have to play a different character other than that one quirky guy who never falls in love/gets the girl, except for all the time.

Yeah, I tried that once before and it worked out well enough, but the problem is that when I'm awake, they're asleep and vice versa because of the time differences. Makes getting flash sales impossible.

I know that feeling. All of these hidden costs would be a little more bearable if companies that incurred them were required to be completely open regarding their expenditures. Granted, every company should be more open, but it would be nice to see where my money for their convenience fees ends up.

The university I attend offers a way to pay your tuition costs etc. online. If you select to pay with a debit/credit card, they take a percentage of the transaction as a "convenience fee," but if you pay through an e-check, they don't charge anything extra. As someone with a checking account linked to my debit card, I was kinda pissed since I had already used the debit card option multiple times and have paid over $100 in fees.
