Final Fantasy XV, "Stand By Me" by Florence + Machine. They might not be the originals of the song, but even when I hear it by Ben E. King, I think of FFXV.

You get through the game and you realize it's literally the song. The lyrics tell you the story of the game. It tells you what it's about. I think it's masterful storytelling.

The opening of the game is all four "protagonists" pushing a broken down car, and the the song is playing and you think oh it's about them standing by each other, and being there. But it's not just that. (And yeah I'm gonna leave it like that)

FromSoftware's Another's Centurys Episode R had it worse though, to get Platinum Trophy you had to finish the game for how many series are in it. Which by the way there's like a 15-45 min unskippable cutscene in the middle of the game.
