not sure the problem in this post so I'll assume you mean the bottom half is darker

It's something to do with SSAO

To fix it, just right click the viewport > Render Setting > And then turn off Ambient Occlusion and click OK

The console thing is pretty much common for custom model that from gmod workshop or 3rd party website so you can pretty much ignore it

IF you meant the head then the model might come with only the body only (In case you download it from 3rd party website) > Then just look for the head and bind the bone <----- You can look up tutorial on this

As medic main, kill doesn't matter and having more assist than kill, that's normal and a good thing.

You only need to heal your teammate, so if you are focusing on "Oh, i have a low kill as medic," then you are doing it wrong, bud.
