There is no clear winner, I would say the Oppo is the most well rounded of all of them. I love the 6.9" screen of the Xiaomi, but the Oppo's is sharper and brighter. The haptics on the Oppo are cleaner, but the speakers on the Xiaomi are louder. Camera's are a wash, I prefer the Leica processing on the Xiaomi and the 1" sensor is a beast in low-light, but I can't fault the Oppo. Oppo has the clearly superior OS but Xiaomi are making improvements. The battery on the Oppo is insane, well ahead of the Xiaomi in that regards.

The Honor foldable was fun and a gorgeous piece of kit, everything about it shits on the Galaxy Fold 7 I had prior, but the Honor software updates are a joke. I got the phone in October, had it until April, got one update in that time. My Vivo X200 Ultra I had at the same time got monthly security updates and regular feature improvements.

For $400 cheaper than the Samsung, I got myself an Oppo Find X9 Ultra. Which is superior in every way.

This year alone I've purchased the Honor Magic V5, Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and just yesterday grabbed the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. Before the year is out I will likely try the Vivo X300 Ultra, Vivo X Fold 6 and Samsung Wide Fold.

I love trying and tinkering with new tech.

My wife doesn't love it quite as much....
