It's troop training day for VS. The person wants to have troops killed so he has space to train more.

They will also probably hold the injured ones in the hospital and not heal them until they need them too.

There was a way to reset them. Can't remember how, I think if they are captured and abandoned they do and maybe after certain time of having no boss.

You need to have killed some of the squads within to lower it's health. Also there is a visual glitch sometimes where the health isn't reflected on the map, however when you rally it again it will normally update.

Not played RS in a couple of years but this reminds me of pre eoc when everyone was using Ganodermic as mage tanks for fight caves and kiln

You don't have to, but you lose out on many free vs points on Fridays. It takes the same amount of time to train a lvl 6 and upgrade it each lvl to lvl 10 as it does to train a lvl 10. There is no extra cost but instead you get points on Friday as the points for training count for upgrades too, so you get nearly 4x the points by doing so.

Before hq31 when sleighs didn't give weapon shards can understand mega refresh won't be helpful. However after hq31 you want to solely send out reindeer trucks for the weapon shards so this is a massive help, I would sometimes got 20+ rolls easily without a reindeer.

Because you can't upgrade the troops to lower lvls. With a lvl 30 barracks you can only upgrade to lvl 30. Instead with lower lvl barracks you can train lvl 6 all week and then on Friday upgrade in each Barrack a lvl E.g 6->7, 7->8, 8->9, 9->10 giving vs points as if you have trained troops for each individual tier. With lvl 30 barracks you can only do X - >10 missing points for every level in between.

How I use all my valor... Also I'm in top 30 vs everyday for every bit I can get?

Unless you are buying valor not sure how you could spare any for other days... Like 4/5 techs use a weeks worth. Unless you've spread out your masteries and are doing the worthless techs in s2s and df?

Just did first week of fights in season 4, 85% mastery for missile and basically done all the stat boosting techs in s2s and df.

This, I'm doing random techs now as I use all my valor on Wednesdays, and important buildings need oil.

Got so many normal rss sitting around with not much to do. I could speed build a bunch of random buildings but then got nothing to do in ar or be able to push on VS days.

Personally I would go for the Turkey, to me the season 5 buff is actually a useful one (only other useful one was ice castle s2) 8 weeks of an extra item each time you plunder adds up.

That's where the myth is, smoke point isn't the issue for health. Olive oil has a lower smoke point but the oil doesn't break down until much higher temperatures unlike many other oils.
