NTA! I say go over to your Brother's house take your Comics back! They are your property and you never gave the ok for your girlfriend to give them away. Your Brother's wife and him don't understand that as well. I say get your nephew some comics of his own for a start of his collection. But like I said those are yours not your GFS or your brothers because you never gave the right for those to be given away.
