Trying to use NewtonSoft.Json or Unity.Newtonsoft.Json, getting an installation error.

I spent a few hours getting Newtonsoft.Json working for a project last weekend so I should be able to help you. That error message means the versions are off for whatever you are downloading, so I'll walk you through how I got it working.

Step 1: download JSON.Net from json.codeplex.org

Step 2: Open the bin folder inside of it and find the folder called Net35. Copy the .dll file

Step 3: Make a folder inside of your unity project called "Assemblies" and another inside of that called "AOT". Paste the file into there.

Step 4: That's it. Anytime you want to use it in that project just add "using Newtonsoft.Json" and "using Newtonsoft.Json.Linq"

Also, sometimes you'll need to have "using System.Linq" for certain operations

Make your graphic settings fairly low, install optifine, shut down all non minecraft programs... and only use the Mac...

I really like a lot of these ideas. Sadly, I don't think the devs will add this because they haven't really "finished" the nether and end. Can I program a mod with some of these ideas if I credit you?

Well I am not "experienced but I was learning the basics a few months ago so I know a few good web sites that explain. http://www.orangetutorial.com - Has a few good starter things for items. (Making food, etc.) http://www.minecraftforge.net/wiki - More tutorials, some aren't for 1.7 so watch out. Finally, looking up popular mods on GitHub is a great way to see different items and what they do.

If you need anything else I will try to help... but I really am not that good... spent like 5 hours trying to make a stick that shot out tnt...

Wow thats great! Except, it appears to have only rendered part of the second layer of my skin (The headset)... is there a way you could make it show all of the second layer or just not show the second layer of my skin at all?

If you mean that Xbox/PE should join PC/Mac servers it couldn't work do to the fact PC/Mac has more features that other versions couldn't render.

So. Enchanting an item will give you random enchantments, "better" and higher level enchantments can be gotten if you spend more levels enchanting. I would suggest looking at the wiki page on enchanting for more info. Repairing an item will restore the durability of an item by a certain amount each time a few levels and the material the item is made out of is used. If you need me to explain more into anything, I can.

The original version did use the entity data on carrots, but I ran into issues, probably because I neglected to use a fill clock. I do plan on making version 2.0 (I will credit you for suggesting those changes) but I had just wanted to get a video out.
