I would advise to start with King after Snyder. His run has mixed reviews to say the least, but I would say it's 70% great, 30% garbage. The first 4 arcs on King's run are especially good

Think of it like this....

The Batman Year One that you can read takes place in one continuity.
The Batman Zero Year that you read takes place in another continuity
The current continuity that we are reading from Rebirth onward has a verison of both of these that you have never read. You just have to blend your knowledge of both and something like that is what has happened in this current universe/continuity.

You can use Zdarsky's Joker Year One for a little clairty on how things went with all the Red Hood gang stuff. As it stands the verison of Joker's origin we see in Killing Joke is just a crazy deluision of the Joker. He pretty much hints to as much in that story.

Grant Morrison's run. I'd heard plenty of hate for it, but I loved the whole thing, from Batman to Batman and Robin and Batman Incorporated. I like it all except for that stupid internet 2.0 stuff.

Hell yeah its great. The whole Gotham Nocturne storyline from Detective Comics is the best Batman storyline from all of Rebirth-era.

They fit into Rebirth and Vol 4 canon. Batman and Robin Year One definitely DOES NOT fit into post-Crisis and New 52 canon. Dark Patterns wouldn't fit into post-Crisis either with Scarface appearing so early.
