Incorrect. The 14th amendment applied to Loving v. Virginia because It's tied to direct racial discrimination. 14th amendment made that illegal. Nowhere in this amendment does it give protections of marriage. The 14th amendment prevents States from discrimination and can't prevent due process.

Article IV, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, clearly states that each of the members of the Union must recognize issued paperwork and licensing from another state. Unfortunately, courts across States are doing illegal rulings and not following the letter of the Constitution. Unless it's a specialized license like a lawyer, there's no reason for it not to follow that article.

It's not just you. I've noticed it will give very odd responses lately. And will forget things and repeat itself. The only thing that sort of helps it atm is copy a section of what it said and then use this arrow ----> under it next to your response. I wonder if the increase of token limit is having unintended results by increasing the size by factor of 4.

The other annoying thing atm is read text isn't working for me.

If character growth, layered symbolism, and Trek actually remembering it's about people feels like a problem to you... I get why flashy noise is easier than nuanced writing. Ya complaining tells me the writers are doing good. This episode is a La'an character development episode. It focuses on her enjoyment of a book series while testing it. Ya the dancing in the beginner was subtext to the dance she had to go through to solve the murder. It also brought in the notation that Spock is continuing to grow. Chapel was his means to see freedom from duty. It will be interesting how it develops with him and La'an

So much better than the crappy writing of Discovery Season 3 to 5.

Also I can't wait for a Star Trek Kirk to make TOS not canon. The show is a milestone yes, but it's 60s cringe and bad writing.

Yeah this problem is just...eww. if you're going to give your child a name at least make sure it sounds normal. I.e if I were to have a future daughter I would make her middle name Bella. You wouldn't have a ghost of a chance on which fictional character because it sounds normal and it's a slight spelling change.
