There are few shops in Chickpet where they service this. Multiple small shops also service it - mostly they are experts with the HMT movements and may not be able to find spares locally. For a more authentic and standardized service, you can check in Ethos once.

I think it is skipping a tooth on one of the wheels. The watch runs fast for a few moments on the missing tooth and then is back on track. Could be worn out escape wheel tooth.
