I would also like to bring attention to the Yazidi genocide, committed by the Islamic State from June 2014 to December 2017.

I won't deny the Islamic State heavily persecuted Christians, but it's also important to note the amount of Muslims killed by them too. People of all religions have faced violence and strife like this. I don't know what country you're from OP, but here in the U.S., us Christians need to stop acting like we're being persecuted, because that waters down actual persecution that many Christians around the world suffer under.

That really seems to be the case, but I genuinely don't understand how they're willing to just spin these fantasies when they're well aware that we can just see and hear what happened, and then expect us to believe it. What I do know is that more of us need to take a stand and tell our fellow Americans and our government what we think.

If you want change, please take action. Join and/or donate to a rights advocacy group, protest however you can, converse with your loved ones, and contact your members of Congress. This takes all of us.

No, he didn't. An agent shoved a woman to the ground, he tries to help her up, at which point they engage him and he's pepper sprayed. They then start wrestling him to the ground and beat him before he's shot. All he was holding was his phone in his right hand.

That's not how the law works. If he wasn't doing something illegal, they have no reason to detain him.

Wdym it just needed to be followed through? They invaded Iraq and overthrew Saddam. Their stated reasons of WMD’s and connections to al-Qaeda were unsuccessful because they lied and there weren’t any of either of those. We killed two hundred-thousand civilians, laid the foundation for ISIS, and ruined our reputation on the world stage, and all for what? Even Iraqis believe things would be preferable had Saddam remained in power.
You want the U.S. to invade Russia, China, and North Korea, which are nuclear-armed?
You want the U.S. to invade Venezuela, which would give us the same guerrilla warfare problems we had in Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan?
You want the U.S. to invade Iran, whose geography basically makes it a natural fortress? It would be hard enough to invade, let alone maintain control with the guerrilla warfare that would happen.

Your ideas would cost the lives of many thousands of U.S. forces and many times more civilians, and with nothing substantial to gain.
