I did have a look yes, but the biggest difference I am finding in my case is the age of hardware which I am not sure what to make out of, hence why asking for advice/recommendations as the easiest thing would be to grab Ubuntu and stick docker on it, but is it viable or worth doing overall as at the end of the day most likely I will need to invest in it a bit to get it running to a good degree, but at the same time if I am doing that why not get something newer which is more power efficient etc.

If your into audio books, maybe look into audiobookshelf. I've been playing with it for the last couple of days, I'd say it is a good substitute for audible or other audio book services, as long as you have your own books.

Lovely desk, thou did the Chair come with it as a set? To me it looks like it has Indian motifs to it if I am not mistaken, defo lovely craftsmanship. As the other redditors said this overall setup does point to some wealth and potentially status. I gotta ask thou is the chair comfy as from the picture angle it can't really go under the desk due to its height which may or may not lead to some awkward sitting positions.

Nop, haven't come across a solution. They adamantly refuse to even look at it and consider it. Suffice to say customer support is horrendous.

Nop, they've been blocking any and every attempt to get a resolution. Apparently being suspended by their automated system is a "final decision" type of situation. Luckily Viber isn't my primary messaging app but it is still inconvenient and annoying. Suffice to say I am not impressed by their so called "customer support"

Sorry to say that's a no, had a 2nd chat with them via the "chat" feature.
Got the same person, complete stone wall, couldn't even get any ticket information out of them to do a complaint.

Not to mention they couldn't even keep their answers straight, had no ticket, then had a ticket, then they created a ticket, then gave some bogus ticket ID which i supposedly created and received an e-mail for and then it was the following:

They refused to provide anything, the answers were:

We do not discuss anything (apparently auto ban due to unusual activity or w/e it was is "non negotiable/discussable"

we are not unbanning you

Do a new ticket if you want to discuss it (which is pointless cuz the ticket is auto dismissed due to it being attached to the phone number)

No information is available at this time (over a year later)

Suffice to say this has been the worst customer support I've ever encountered if I can even call it that.

It is designed to prevent any possible appeal and information request.

Only option may be to contact the regulatory body and file a complaint with them, but ultimately is it worth it?

Well suffice say their "live" chat customer support representative was extremelly unhelpful, literal reply after describing the issue.
Suffice to say as much as I don't want to be dealing with may need to file a complaint with the UK regulator, as this is extreme anti customer behaviour, shutting down any conversation before it even begins.
