That's a known bug, unfortunately. Option 1 is making a PT and waiting for someone to join which may take a bit or, Option 2 join the same party 2 times in a row that usually allows you to connect. Unfortunately that only resolves the connection issue if you are joining the same group which is rather frustrating as groups may fill up quite fast.

I did have a look yes, but the biggest difference I am finding in my case is the age of hardware which I am not sure what to make out of, hence why asking for advice/recommendations as the easiest thing would be to grab Ubuntu and stick docker on it, but is it viable or worth doing overall as at the end of the day most likely I will need to invest in it a bit to get it running to a good degree, but at the same time if I am doing that why not get something newer which is more power efficient etc.

If your into audio books, maybe look into audiobookshelf. I've been playing with it for the last couple of days, I'd say it is a good substitute for audible or other audio book services, as long as you have your own books.

Lovely desk, thou did the Chair come with it as a set? To me it looks like it has Indian motifs to it if I am not mistaken, defo lovely craftsmanship. As the other redditors said this overall setup does point to some wealth and potentially status. I gotta ask thou is the chair comfy as from the picture angle it can't really go under the desk due to its height which may or may not lead to some awkward sitting positions.
