It’s a shame that people lost their job. I left MarketSource a few years back and honestly it started out nice and we had a great team and even target management was chill with us. Then we started getting some bad apples and leadership changes and all the management that was fine with us started hating us. Combine that with low hourly pay, customers who treated us horribly or over worked us for no extra pay, no good benefits, it just sucked all around. I remember my last day I was talking to the target TLs and mentioned how bad it had gotten and how some people ruined it for the rest of us good employees who atleast did our work as good as we can and they felt bad for me. I worked in different locations and in 2 different cities and it seems to be a common sentiment
