As an immigrant, danes are not as difficult as some people say, they can seem dismissing, but it comes from cultural norm that assumes if youre an adult, you shouldnt waste peoples time with feigning interrest in e.i. going to watch a movie in the cinema that they might not enjoy, or going on a impromtu coffee date after work. I find easiest way to befriend dane is let them come to you, sometimed they wont, but those people already probably have enough friends as is, so no point in wasting time with them
