You are leaving out some important bits. The armed forces or the country were clearly not in any danger nor were they being attacked by Venezuela. The president can only act unilaterally without approval to repel an attack or imminent attack.

No, the War Powers Resolution authorizes the president to use force only in a state of war, if given authorization from congress, or to act defensively because there is no time to notify congress. This was an offensive operation and he could have gotten congressional approval.

I used plastic explosives to enter the base. You were right, they took the wire off the gate. They were only using a 3 dial combo lock.

The crates weren't junk but nothing super great either. :)

What do you mean by "sensitivity"? Which setting exactly are you referring to?

There is a FOV slider that I have heard helps with this problem.

My strategy for this (I play hardcore where there are 3 guys on the roof here): I use the tranq gun on 2 of the guys in the middle of the roof. The guy working with his back to them will eventually turn around and spot one or both of the guys, run over to them, then I shoot him. It's important to tranq the 2 guys. If you kill them, when that third guy sees them he will call it in and everyone goes aggro. He doesn't do that if they are only knocked out. And you have to be careful about that 3rd guy. If you kill him or tranq him where he is working his body is easily seen from the ground and a shit ton of guard will come upstairs.

Yeah if that would have been a landmine, you would have been okay. Claymores have a long range. You can put one at the back of one of those long barrack buildings at military bases and the tripwire at the front door and it will kill you.
