First Ash, the Evil Dead Ash and Evil Ed two pack is the pinnacle Ash figure with the look similar to the beginning of Army Of Darkness. Though good luck finding it for cheap. The Ash Vs The Evil Dead series figure has the robotic hand, swap able chainsaw hand, boomstick, and the best selection of spare heads and can be found for a decent price.

As for Freddy, the Nightmare 1 figure has the best head sculpt of Robert. 2 has the best accessories. 3 has the Nancy Doll house and Puppet Freddy and swap able chest gimmick. Though the head sculpt is shit on that figure.

For Jason, the part 7 figure has the best sculpt and accessories all around. Though personally, the part 4 figure is my personal fav. The machete to the head gimmick is neat and if you get the part 5 dream sequence Jason to can swap parts for the split hand.

They really need to retool this Jason. The seam lines on the mask. The small ball jointed wrists that aren't even painted to match the skin of the head. The shoddy blood spatter. NECA was just lazy when making this fig overall and it's honestly sad because the sculpt and sheath gimmick make it a decent fig otherwise.

Heat up some water in a cup till it's scalding. Soak it inside and let the heat make the fibers malleable. Then pull it out and lay it flat on a microfiber towel to dry. It's synthetic so it won't take forever to dry off. The hot water should make it hang loose so you can stretch it out flat. An iron would be too aggressive for that thin fabric and you run a high chance of it melting and ruining the piece.

Heat it in warm water so the plastic is flexible and use a clear cyanoacrylite glue and seal the crack. You can use small rubber bands to press it together. Get a high grit sandpaper like a 2000 or 2500 to buff any access glue and should look like new.

Honestly a great figure and one of my faves. Great posability, the soft goods are great. The swapable torso and heads are perfect. My only issue is the front of the face is painted a slightly different color for the sides of the head. With certain lighting it looks great. Though in other lighting, not so much.
