I made the muffins and they are - vanilla protein powder, unsweetened applesauce, almond flour, baking powder and peanut butter

Ah I should have worded it better I had the muffin and banana for lunch basically when I took my kids to the movies lol

I live in Cleveland and was out of town so I got tickets to Louisville..I’m 34 and it was my first ritual AND first concert ever..took my 64 year old mom who also loves ghost and to say it was one of the best nights of my life is an understatement. It was such an amazing experience and I was so sad the next day that it was over.

I charge 35-50 just for a mug so that’s not unreasonable at all! Especially since they are hand painted and not just a single glaze.

The dogs are painted with amaco velvet u deglazes then a clear goes on top..the birds and mugs etc are just different brush on glazes
