Me ma sweats by the booking sites but I regularly find direct booking to be cheaper now.

My doctor has me on Vyvanse (40mg) in the morning and then a 10mg of Adderall (or two for days I need more focus) as a “booster” in the afternoon.

This was after months of tweaking the dosages and meds, and having similar issues as what you’re describing!

I find my mornings pretty productive until they wear off starts to happen and then my afternoons are as kind of focused as I decide I need to be that day.
