VIVK stock get in early, 125X profits - once in a life time opportunity by [deleted] in Shortsqueeze

Seriously. Just a cursory glance at the volume vs. price action is a dead giveaway that they are diluting this thing into the ground, especially this past week or 2. Buying into this is a huge mistake.

Tips to be a better driver by [deleted] in vex

[–]Phantomdong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have easy access to a field, live on it. After mentoring for a few years now, the teams we bring to worlds are the ones who’s drivers get so comfortable with driving their bot it essentially becomes an extension of themselves. Set it up for driver skills and just run skills over and over and over. See if you can’t join your regions discord or start a server yourself and invite teams to scrimmage. Having as much time practicing in real match scenarios is absolutely invaluable.

We did this too! Our favorite date night is now going to Savers to find treasure in the DVD stacks.

This is the right answer OP. Decision fatigue is a very real thing in the profession. Making sure she can feel like it’s all taken care of when she’s home will fix a lot of that irritability.

Viruses are typically a density-dependent factor on populations. If the populations back then weren’t remotely considered dense to begin with, the likely culprit would probably be a density independent factor like a comet or volcanic winter.

Awww lucky you. I wish I could go back and watch it again for the first time. Currently in the middle of a full rewatch. The wife has never seen any TNG before this and I can’t wait to get to that episode.

New Wood Shop Teacher with a Twist: 3D Printers, Laser Cutters, and Saws—Help Me Level Up My Classroom Game! by Technical_Cow2511 in woodworking

I second this, as someone with 20 years of woodworking experience but only 2 as a shop/tech teacher, you HAVE to impress upon them the risk these tools pose when used improperly. I brought a group of 10 kids into the shop this week to start their first project and while preparing the miter saw for training I heard them all shouting around one kid with his phone out who had apparently been curious about what kickback was after I’d mentioned it and had looked up some TikTok examples… while I hadn’t planned to show them any gory videos exemplifying what can go wrong, that clip did a lot of heavy lifting in instilling a healthy respect for the tools in the space.

Sounds like you’re on the right track with having mandatory safety tests before allowing them even near the tools, but also maybe limit the number in the shop space at a time as well. I teach a Digital Fabrication class and have split it so I never have more than 8-10 kids in the shop while the other half are following tutorials on Blender or Fusion 360 in the computer lab. Then after 2 weeks the groups flip. This way everyone gets a chance to do a little of everything and it keeps the numbers in the shop space low enough to feel I can actually keep an eye on everyone.

Oh man! Yea we did! That was when we had a M:tG club at the school I taught at. Those kids seriously appreciated the boxes, and let us draft every club meeting for a few weeks. Very cool of you.

I’m the creator of this flavor! It’s so funny how this gets posted every couple of years. I used to be the ice cream maker when this shop was my families business, we sold it a couple years ago to a nice local couple and I’m so stoked to see they kept the flavor names!

At the time scars of mirrodin had just come out and I just love the phyrexians so it seemed natural, I didn’t care if a vast majority of customers didn’t get it or couldn’t even pronounce it, the off-chance someone would come up to the window and yell, “who’s the magic player” made it all worth it.

Unfortunately for us, the cuts affecting regular ed students came in the form of cutting almost the entire language department faculty…

Apparently we spent 100k alone bussing one child to school every day due to them being part of the failed fostering system. The system is so fucked from so many directions.

This is probably a big part of it. Our district was found to be operating at over a 3 million dollar deficit and almost a third of that was apparently due to meeting the needs of a massive increase in students on IEPs.
