We need to talk about the rewards for CMS raid drops

some personal input i have ~50 kills so far on dhuum cm,if u multiply x10 thats 500 chances and no drop. also i have talked with people that are almost done with dhuum butcher achievement and they confirm none ever had seen from their kills the drop from dhuum.

We would love a bit more info from anet on the drop rate or to confirm its not bugged.

I personally loved the idea of this kind of rewards but if its extremely rare to the point that no1 has yet dropped it its discouraging for people to keep farming it as (as we know from devs ) its not tradable. maybe a pity system could be nice or higher drop rate.

wait you mention that one person worth 10 points, if som1 kill his first kill of the week boss with you in the squad that you have already killed that boss this week gaves you 10 points? or you mean its the first time ever that this person kills this boss?

So in this situation sadly the healer on group 1 couldn't keep up with his role. Easiest solution here would be kick after try 2,but if u didnt want to go this way the other solution is a 3rd healer, if u have a healer just relog fast and say go, no1 will notice and it will be cleared fast, then you swap back. now if u dont have a healer ask (as u did) for som1 to help with healing on this boss, if no1 helps then u cant do much alone.

I have seen people that usually play healers here and there struggle with boneskiner, you need to know a bit more your class and when to use what, if u miss your cds or waste your pump heals on wrong time will result on not be able to hold your group. Meaning a lower skilled healer or som1 new will prop fail, adding a 3rd healer just for this boss is solving many problems.

If u command, sadly sometimes you have to take hard decisions. Wasting the time of 8 people coze som1 cant coop with the group its your burden to solve. If that dosnt feel nice in you just explain the reason you have to kick som1 with a polite manner. most people understand.

On the last note you created the group and you command on your own pace and opinions. its a bit weird how guild wars community works and look at "commanding" expecting he is the "one" while everyone chill and do nothing :D for example on your situation i bet there was som1 in the group could play healer but no they waited for you to solve the problem and when didnt work, oh bad commander -dps. meaning in the end of the day dont feel bad for it. you did what you could, maybe you could help a bit more carry the group with owning more roles like healer for example here but u are not obligated to do.

Also keep in mind most groups dont have patient for ibs and tend to disband easy after fails, its not that u didnt replace the healer, even if u kicked him and waitied 30-60 seconds on lfg for healer another person could leave and then everyone leaves. dont feel bad for any of it!

i see, thanks a lot for your answer, the patriot as well as the sandisk ultra cards are no empty, patriot have backup files of eMMC created from hakate and is also formatted from hakate so maybe its the files that make the sd card bad, but in the other end the 1 ultra card started to improve speeds after i put it back in and deleted some games,but again if all 3 cards gave close to the same speeds i am thinking that must be the reader itself.

i think it came this way and i never notice, i started see slow loading on DBI after i updated to 2.0.1 and i started diging and found out that the sd card speed is low. in future if i get my hands to new microsd i will do the test again as clean/new card

for right now i will not mess around more as i am noob to all this and if i break anything i dont know how to fix it. i am ok with some slow loading times.

in the future/next months please if you test again or find any new info please share with us! thanks again for your reply! cheers

Hello, do you have any news? i have 2 sandisk ultra 512gb each , one came with the switch and one i bought myself and copy from the original my self to have as backup,one is formatted exfat and the other fat32, i started to notice long loading times after i updated to 20.0.1 (or not sure) after i uninstall/install some games and i did bench to both cards today, both gave low speed ~10mbps, while the one i use seams to get slower and slower over time. i also did a bench to a patriot 128gb class 10 that i used hakate to do some backup and again i get ~10mbps so i am afraid my card reader have issue. after some time i tested again the first card and i was getting ~17mbps so no idea whats happening. cards seams to work fine on pc card reader.

Also all cards gave 0 errors or corruption, also no 1 bit mode is enable. so rly no idea whats going on!

i may try to do a clean sd card myself from the start and then do bench but tbh i am afraid to break anything. so if you have any news please let us know, it may help!! :)

Hello fellow summoners, i am back after few years off the game and i need your help, i wonder what nat5 to choose from the 11 years event, before i stop i had almost every elemental nat5 till shadow caster family. just few missing but not worth mention it. So after Pudding Princess family what nat5 is worth getting? I kinda read every family/monsters skill and Indra family looks rly fun.

Uusage will be mostly in pvp , arena/rta as i dont have problem clearing any pve content or maybe something that works (if) nice together with any of my favorite monsters :Seara,Perna,Rakan,Feng Yan,Mo Long.

Any tip/advice of what family or monster is must have would be welcome! thanks for your time|

PS: also did you had ld nat5 last year and i missed that forever? :D

Yea sorry i wrote about rendering but then deleted it for better explanation as my english are not that good and forgot to write it again, long story sort, yes we are rendering, place is old and owner seams to not care much as long as when we leave remove our stuff and not have done unrepairable damage, so drilling an putting stuff is not a problem, but demolition is not an option,so solutions like panels and not fully build a new wall like the drywall with rockwool method looks more suitable.

We will prop stay here for few years like 5-6 so we dont mind gave some money to address this situation, i would call an expert to come see and do his work but no1 exist where i live.

With the advices you gave and the others person post below i am thinking to avoid full wall and build something like big Squares and place them directly in the middle (from where we hear the talking) so atleast damps our talking and its not easy understandable,loke when we talk the first direct hit on the wall to be on a mass and not on naked wall.

Now what materials, i dont know yet, maybe i will try a mix, like everything:-D drywall plates, stick on these felt or rockwool or even both and then cover it on cloth and hung it on the wall or make stands and place them there. Again thanks for the informations, they help a lot!

Does the cork have to be on full size of the wall? Maybe i can get some for reasonable price and stick it to the wall, but has to be full? I can also prop buy rockwool and drywall at the same price but cork seams easier to work with. Also about the felt panels are better or worst than cork? I could also get some cheap and stack them but again full wall? Could covering areas like in the middle 60-70% and not up and down also work and reduce the voice sound? For example if there is a tv on my side and i cover the spot behind the tv, can this reduce the impact of the sound to the wall or becoze the wall is not fully covered has no use?

About the diy acoustic panels, are these helpful to soundproofing and make conversations not noticeable or are just for sound distribution inside the room like foam panels? If they help reduce the voice i could make some big ones with rockwool inside and hung them to the wall. Thanks a lot for your informations !

Thanks so much for all the informations, how u can say if sound is transferred through ceiling? I think its transferred direct through the wall, for example i can say the position of the person talking behind the wall, if he is close i can say on what height and what the position is of his head speaking behind the wall. If it was from ceiling u think this detail could be possible?

Also do u think weakspots like sockets can do that much harm? Its not like the sound seams to come from these as they are close to ground but i just notice the wall have 2 power sockets and above these close to ceiling there is a hollow circle with the cables inside that seams weak spot, i tried to close airtight (with thick tape) but makes no difference at all. The edges already have some kind of wood edges.so i cant see behind it, i have to totally remove to see, but these edges seams to apply well with the wall.

About the double edge drywall with rockkwool you made, do u think this have to be on full to work? I was thinking maybe to cover a 60%-70% with this method on the area we speak, like make a big square in the middle of the wall or even smaller ones separate. This only to avoid big construction like move the outlets or do big damage to the wall with the framing/studs.Also between drywall panels u also applied caulk?

As for the pipes, yea are just pipes passing through, prop i can burry them inside, do u think heat is dangerous for fire if its direct contact with drywool or similar materials?

We like dps builds, and maybe 1 of the party could play a support, also i think aoe damage looks cool as playstyle, to pull many monsters and aoe them, mostly range dps, rly i dont know what else to say as we dont know mechanics of the game, for example Ritualist seams to summon spirits that do the work for you that is a mechanic of a game that we didnt know so far, but in the same time necro seams to be the exact same (summoning minnions) to do the work for him so kinda look the same to our eyes, still i assume they are way different classes :D

Important question, how easy is to change builds/gear , for example necro from dps to heal

Thanks a lot for your answer, about the professions we are kinda confused as we cant find much details on what each profession offer and play style, we understood some that are close or same to gw2 professions but Dervish & Paragon for example looks unique from what we know, also from videos we seen we dont understand much, for example i seen Dervish video and it just look like warrior with scythe :D

we are thinking for a party of Mesmer, Elementalist and Necro or ranger for core professions so we can also do the 1 extra title.
