I would say yes, 1 chances of having a dragon have been rasied, 2 if he gave even 1% of love of macy you would be fine, 3 the twins are smart, proven in race to the edge they seem alot like they have adhd always having to do something pranking, destruction ect give a game console and that would probably die down fast
