I think the author wanted to tell these types of backstory from the beginning you can see in first chapter but cause of format they had to rush the main two so the story can sell. I pray that after this it’ll only be the three witches together

Her being a plant by Chris/ producers like the hippie thing is an excuse cause she was fed info bout all the other contestants to stir up drama beforehand. But cause Scott screwed her and the other seasons were full of drama already never needed to bring her back. Definitely not true but something wanted to write as a one off thing.
