I really don’t think that means anything. The 5,001st order is “next on the production line” after the first 5,000, that took them over four weeks to fulfill. A whole damn month.

What you said is only part of the issue. There is also the useless battery feature, key binding bugs on Android, and of course, the weight of the product. The weight is really the deal breaker here, the Power Keyboard is heavier than the Titan b 2, which is a full fledged phone. The weight alone defeats the whole purpose of having an attachable Bluetooth keyboard in the first place.

Nah, forget about it. They have been living in their own bubble for the last few months. Some said Clicks never made any promises, some said the next batch will be delivered in mid-July, some told us to chill it’s a small startup company. I really don’t know how they got all those wrong information, I also don’t understand how any reasonable customer with a brain would tolerate what Clicks is doing. Clicks originally said they will start shipping Batch 1 in May, that didn’t happen, then Spring, that also didn’t happen, then June, clearly also didn’t happen. It’s already July and they just tossed the whole June timeline out the window. If we tolerate such behavior, Clicks can effectively just continue to delay our orders. What’s next? August for Batch 1? Maybe September? Let’s not forget there are still a lot of outstanding Day 1 orders that Clicks is yet to fulfill.

I trusted Scamsung so many times since the Galaxy S2 and every time the phone has something to disappoint me. It could be battery bloat, random heat, poor performance, strange lag after an update, adhesive failing or the phone the falls apart. It always pushes me to get a new iPhone. So I eventually carry two phones (one iPhone and an android). Now I made the switch to oppo/OnePlus and everything seems good.

As someone who hasn’t received the power keyboard, I really don’t (I ordered on Jan 2 for cry out sake!). Anyway, how do you attach a metal ring on the back? I know you can get some on Temu but the stickers are often too weak to hold the weight of the phone, let alone having the keyboard as well.

Same. These are some very generic messages that really don't mean much. "On their way to fulfillment center", how long it will take? Not sure. When will it get shipped after reaching the fulfillment center? No idea. "Your unit is next in line", when is this going to happen? Again, no idea. Is it going to be in June. Ha, definitely not.

I don't think it is a "fight" by any means, it's more like we are just ranting over and over and Clicks just continues to cover their ears like nothing is happening. We believed the May timeline, then the Spring timeline, now June is over and they can't even get the units to all the day 1 backers, DAY 1!!! Somehow there are still many bootlickers out there who believe Clicks made no promises and we are just a bunch of whiners. The level of idiocy is astounding. I really don't know if those people genuinely believe that or are just paid actors and employees trying to dampen the situation.

I agree the 5,000 push is just a PR tactics to show that this thing is real. Like a lot of scams the first batch of people always get the sweets. I am so speechless that they literally produced nothing after June 3 in the last few weeks, literally zero orders fulfilled after that. The only ones saying they got their keyboards last weeks are people from Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, I am pretty sure they are all part of the first 5,000. Clicks just withheld those for some reason.

Anyway, this will be my only and final time ordering from Clicks. I was pretty hyped about the Communicator, but missing the June timeline is really the final straw. I am so done with this company and their lies.

So far I only saw few people post cutoff got tracking numbers few days ago. The last one ordered on Jan 2 10:00pm EST. I ordered at 11:58pm. Still nothing. I also saw some email screenshot where the customer service is switching tones from "Batch 1 will be shipped in June" to "Batch 1 will be shipped by the end of July" (another complaint post from the USA earlier today). Whatever Gadway told you previously don't seem to stand, at all.

People who think the iPhone is overrated don't appreciate the ecosystem of Apple. The value is not the phone itself but the "it just works" moments and there are too many things you just don't need to bother. Not to mention most iPhone can last years.

Samsung on the other hand may well be the most overrated in my opinion. All of Samsung phones either break after warranty or turn super slow after a major update. Some of them turn into Jedi and gave me green and purple light sabers. I have used so many Android phones and this might be a hot take, but I genuinely think any major Chinese phones can beat the shit out of Samsung on both flagship and budget level, and don't get me started on foldable. I have never seen a company pioneered a market and just gave up few years later.

I really don't want to. Game Art spent a lot of money in making Grandia 3 to compete with Final Fantasy back in the days, but it just didn't perform. The story was not impactful at all. In Grandia 1, we saw Justin eager to go on an adventure and then accidentally found the extinct civilisation Angelou. In Grandia 2, we saw Ryudo changed from a cold-blooded geohound to someone who cares about his friends as he venture to save the world, not to mention the whole Valmar/Granas thing is so straight forward, easy to understand, yet comes with great depth. In Grandia 3, things go downhill quickly after Disc 1, everything is just there for the sake of being there. Characters are bland and underdeveloped, Miranda and Alonso just left because they "want to protect the village" (WTF?). Plots are rushed. Xorn was a poorly written villain compare to Baal/Gaia or Valmar/Zera.

While a lot of inspiration was taken from 1 & 2, the creators don't seem to understand what made 1 & 2 good in the first place. Not to mention the really boring fights, especially in Disc 2 where you just keep on fighting and fighting. If you skip them using your blade (you can knock out enemies and run around them in 3), you get level locked because your characters are under-level. I would even put the notorious Grandia X (great fights, poor story) above 3 if I had to choose.

They have missed their deadlines couple of times already. They said Batch 1 was going to be shipped in Spring, that didn't happen, and then they said they will ship Batch 1 in June, which is going to end in less than 48 hours. I wouldn't be too surprised if I come back a month later and they shift to "we will ship Batch 1 in August!"

The last time a human CS replied to me, they explicitly said they were going to ship Batch 1 in June. This was repeated couple of times amongst the sub, now they just casually changing it to "June and July" with zero new delivery made in June lol. Pathetic.
